Monthly Rentals in Kowloon Bay

Excellent stay (4 nights) in Hong Kong with a lovely family. the location is just a few mins away from the subway (Whampoa) so you have easy access to all of Kowloon and Hong Kong. A25 bus takes you to the apartment from the airport in about 1 hour and costs about ~5USD. The room is exactly as described in the photos with bathroom across the hall. everything was squeaky clean and the bed was super comfy after a full day of touring the city. wifi was super strong and reliable throughout stay. Edward and Yuan are super kind hosts who provide all sorts of useful recommendations on restaurants, groceries and more. They also have an 11 year old son who was lots of fun to interact with and talk to. All in all, a fantastic experience for those looking for an authentic experience with a Chinese host family!

The unit is clean, in perfect location. Perfect for solo or couple travelers. What is liked most is its cleanliness. It smells good as well.

I was in town staying a month for business needing a room with a good location and this was exactly what I was looking for! It is a small room without any cooking apparatus, but you do have your own shower / bathroom and a comfy bed, which was all I needed as I was out most of the day anyway (and it was made clear by the host Jennifer!). Perfect location as you're very well connected to get anywhere by public transport from Cyberport, Central, Kowloon all the way round to Quarry Bay for meetings etc.. Plenty of bars / restaurants to grab dinner, with many nearby cafe's to get a coffee in the morning or finish off some work. Most of all Jennifer was an extremely helpful host, being flexile on check in times and proactive in responding to my questions about the nearest launderette for example - couldn't recommend using one of her properties any higher!

Cozy place to stay in, well maintained and constantly kept clean. Necessary amenities were complete.
