This place is a gem. The house has top class amenities and the terraces/swissiming pool have incrediblde views and plenty of different furnitures to chill. There is even an extra shadow area beside the pool not shown in the pictures. The sea is litterally 50 meters away. In 30 seconds you are in pristine cristal waters with amazing rocks. Perfect for a morning wake up swim or snorkeling session. We just spent 1 week there and we barely heard any noise other than the one from the sea and the wind. Moreover, Kea is a wonderful island with his own charme not yet impactes by mass tourism! If you are looking for a place to relax and get away of stressful days, don't go elsewhere and book a stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Very good stay. The villa is very well located a few minutes walk from a very beautiful cove. The place is quiet. The view is superb. Kitchen amenities could be improved. Bedding and the bathroom are a little aging but still ok. Other than that, the place is spacious and comfortable to stay in. Air conditioning is welcome. Nikos is attentive.

It is an amazing villa, one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed in. Everything is done with good taste and the highest quality. The villa is a combination of Greek and boho style, with a very large infinity pool. You have everything you need in this place: a chef, a housekeeper. Manager Konstantinos is a great guy, he is always around, helps with anything you need. There is a very nice dining area by the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, good internet. Stunning and uncrowded beaches are just 5-10 minutes away. Highly recommend 100%.”
