Vacation rentals in Kotikawatta

Don’s place is ideal peaceful stay right in front of beach. The stay has all the amenities and we did not face any issues. The apartment itself has good security, swimming pool and gym. There are near by options for food ordering as well. We had a 1 year old baby with us and the stay was perfect for her too. Don is a proactive host with giving us helpful instructions when needed. He also accommodated our last minute request to extend the stay. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay and beach access.

The room is clean and cozy, the view is beautiful, you can watch the sunset in the living room every day, see the small train passing by, the kitchen is fully and easy to use, it is very close to the sea, I love it. If you come here for a vacation, please choose it

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night before our flight home, but we have very fond memories of our stay at Mahagedara! At first, we had a little trouble finding the place, but we quickly received all the necessary directions. The apartment is very spacious and well-maintained. The rooms have air conditioning and fans. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and two bathrooms (one connected to a bedroom), along with clean towels and bed linens. The view from the window was fantastic, and the balcony was very large. Additionally, there is access to a rooftop pool with a breathtaking view. We also received numerous recommendations for nearby restaurants and must-visit places. I highly recommend it, and I hope to return someday!

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. We highly recommend Kinkini Bandaragama

We enjoyed the house very much! It was such a luxury place with everything we needed and the swimming pool and the gym was nice one too! I would recommend this house to anyone for sure!

A truly beautiful and cozy stay exactly as shown in the photos. The space felt so inviting and peaceful. Would definitely love to stay here again .Kumudu was a fantastic co-host, and Maithree was equally kind and lovely. Highly recommended! ❤️❤️

I experienced a excellent stay at Sudam's place. Sudam was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was equipped with every essential item, including a washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker, TV, water dispenser, clothes rack, hair dryer. Everything was properly cleaned and well-maintained. I reached well past midnight and Sudam was there to welcome me to ensure my stay is comfortable. Sidam also allowed me to checkout a bit late as my flight was late at night, which was very helpful. This place is just walkable distance from Colombo-Kaduwela main road and Thalehene bus stop. I used public transport for most of my visits to Colombo, so it was very conformatable to me. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are available just in walking distance. I would highly recommended for everyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Baththaramulla-Thalahena area.
