I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

It was a little bit noisy at night cause lively avenue is near. The hosts were very flexible with check in and check out time and reacted to all requests with great understanding. Davit’s apartment is spacious, comfortable, well-located, and tasteful decorated. We couldn’t ask for more. The high ceilings, lovely courtyard, beautiful view of the city (feels like Manhattan in the living room). The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and his mom brought us some of one of the most delicious cakes I’ve ever had. This is a great spot for a fair price, and I strongly recommend it to anyone!

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

Very cozy place, great location and a very friendly host.

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

The hostess is very friendly and helpful. I was surprised by my desire to meet my customers. Do not hesitate to ask for any question. She has absolutely everything you need and service - just ask - there is everything. And a barbecue and a washer and dryer... The main advantage of the property is a cute courtyard and silence, which is so lacking in the center of Yerevan . We walked to the very center and back, I will not say that it is easy to do it, but it is quite possible.

The stay was absolutely amazing. The host was super responsive and understanding, making everything really easy for us. The whole place looks great, feels warm and cozy, and has everything you need to be comfortable. The lake is stunning, and the whole atmosphere is just really peaceful. It was an outstanding experience overall, and the host was really professional and accommodating. I’d just wish there were more knives, but other than that, everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.

Large apartment, good furniture, good WiFi, large balcony. A small supermarket at 300 m. Easy parking in the street. Perfect for a business trip.

I was very happy with the house I lived in for two weeks. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. If I want to rent a house again in the future, I would definitely come back.

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a spacious hallway, kitchen, divided into 2 parts: cooking area and dining area. There is a gas tile. There is a laundry rope outside the window. A table in the kitchen for 5 people. Also comfortable for work: there is a socket nearby. Wifi is good by the way. All my video conferencing was great. The bedroom also has 2 seating areas: a bed and a sofa with a coffee table. Combined bathroom. Nearby there is a 24-hour store Kaiser, pharmacies, bus stops and a cafe. The city center is 15 minutes by taxi by taxi.

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!
