Great Airbnb, nice host, super central location, reasonable price, good amenities The downside is only the subway, which you can feel when you drive through under the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arthur and Ali's place! The house is located in a quiet and clean area of Yerevan, away from noisy roads. There is a wonderful blooming garden on the plot (mid-April is an especially good time for admiring flowers). The apartment is very, very clean and cozy; the kitchen has everything you need for cooking (I would probably only add a couple more small soap). The bedroom has a comfortable bed with orthopedic mattress, it was nice to sleep in such a cozy place. There are plenty of towels in the closet, and the bathroom has everything from toothbrushes and soap to rags and cleaning supplies! Alya and Arthur are wonderful hosts, never had any issues, they were very quick to respond to all of our questions and shared even what we didn't expect at all - for example, Alya allowed use of the oven and treated herbs from her garden. The most wonderful place and the kindest of hosts. The house is full of character, peaceful, with a beautiful garden where walnuts, peaches and pears grow. The host family living in the big house next door do honour to Armenia’s legendary hospitality. We were treated as friends and we will keep the warmest memories of our stay.

Me and my girlfriend stayed several nights at Lusine's place. We did not have the pleasure of meeting her in person, but at all times she was attentive to us and treated us extremely kindly. He allowed us to check in after the stipulated time (because our flight arrived in Yerevan early in the morning), and also had the detail to let us be after check-out time on the last day (our train to Tbilisi departed at night, around 9:30pm). For details like these we are deeply grateful and recommend Lusine for her hospitality and human quality. The house is somewhat far from the center, but the taxis in Yereván are so affordable that in 10 minutes and with local taxi app, for less than 2€ you will be in the heart of Plaza de la République.

Hayk and his family were helpful and kind, the place was cozy, and we had a great time. Just get ready to climb a lot of stairs if you want to walk here from the center of Yerevan!

The apartment was super clean, and equipped with everything that is needed, great location in the center of the city, but also super private and peaceful! This truly felt like home away from home, cannot recommend this place enough!
