We had rented the apartment for 2 weeks, were able to combine vacation and work there very well, as there is very good Wi-Fi. The entire complex is very well maintained, great pool with loungers, beautifully landscaped garden with lots of plants, gym, washing machine. The apartment itself is very well maintained, new air conditioning, everything as described and seen in the photos. Very quiet, no street noise. From our point of view, you definitely need a scooter/rental car, as the apartment complex is a little out of the way. Within walking distance, however, there is a 7-Eleven, a small day cafe, 2 massage parlors and 3 simple Thai restaurants with very good cuisine. Bangrak fish and vegetable market, Big Buddha...and many restaurants, beach clubs, Thai massages were about 5-10 minutes drive away. The beach is a 10-minute walk. Was almost deserted during our travel time, very pleasant. We highly recommend Nueng's apartment!
