Monthly Rentals in Kittery

Had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back. This ended up being super close to my family and helped make my trip out so much better. Lisa was super nice and very quick to respond to questions. Everything was as described and the instructions and note were really helpful in getting me setup. I slept super comfy and felt right at home. I will definitely try to book this again the next time I’m out.

The apartment is in a ranch ranch style house. The apartment is small, cozy and comfortable. Clean and nest. The location was quiet, close to the Piscataqua River, we watched the tugs move ships in and out. The area is walkable, the walk into Portsmouth across the river is about 4 miles round trip. The apartment was well located for what we wanted to do. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, pots/pans, spice rack, olive oil, utensils, etc. Dakota was easy to communicate with, usually had a quick response to a text. We plan to stay again

We had a fabulous stay at the “little house”! This house was such close proximity to Portsmouth and we also got to enjoy southern Maine! Our dog Harlo was also a big fan:) We can’t wait to come back again!

Great place to stay, highly recommend, easy to find location right across the bridge from Portsmouth. Easy access to the interstate. Very high quality stay. Great host, very communicative and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.
