House is exactly as advertised. It’s new, modern and easy to stay in. Katti and Stefan were excellent hosts and responsive and helpful at all times. You will need a car as the location is remote, but easy to find. Would recommend as a base for local ski resorts in the winter.

Beautiful setting, well situated, away from any tourist traps or traffic (great opportunity to practice any German you may have :)!) It was perfect for our family. Host was very responsible and respectful.

Villa Romenthal is an extremely luxurious and very individually designed accommodation with a wonderful terrace from which you have a very nice view of Lake Ammersee. Katja is a very kind and helpful woman who is very communicative. My husband and I stayed in the loft for five nights and we felt completely comfortable. The space is very bright and spacious, very tastefully furnished and there is everything you need for a successful vacation. We can recommend this apartment without any restriction.

Looking for a nice place to stay in Munich for the fair, we were very lucky to come across this wonderful house. Especially Katharina, her husband and her children are extremely helpful, friendly and just wonderful people. The house is 25 to 30 minutes from the center, which is just the right distance for us. We are very happy that we chose this place and not somewhere in the center. Everything you need is at your disposal in the house. There are numerous restaurants and markets nearby, which you can easily reach in just five minutes. If you want to spend a wonderful time in the unique, peaceful and quiet atmosphere of a farm, this is the perfect place for it. We had a lovely Easter weekend with the family in Bad Tölz. The vacation home is a small but very cozy and clean. The place was just as described. It should only be mentioned that all bedrooms are only separated with towels and no doors - but this was no problem for us as a family. Pia & Ferdinand were always helpful with questions in advance and also during the stay you sent lovely tips for exploring the area. The little cute cottage is definitely recommended by us 😊
