Vacation rentals with a sauna in Kings Beach

RnR rentals at Lakeland village #107 was a great place to stay for a couple. The heavenly bus route is across the street and takes you to the California lodge. The free public bus stop is there as well, making after ski visits to the town a breeze. The fire pit oven was awesome. The bathroom is a little small. RnR was great via texting. The amenities by the lake are nice to sit at. There’s is a hot tub and gas fire pits you can turn on. Overall would definitely go back.

This property offers an exceptional experience, perfectly situated for skiiers. The well-maintained and thoughtfully designed home provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Professional housekeeping ensures a spotless stay, and the cozy sofa bed and high-quality mattress guarantee restful nights. Plus, the excellent soundproofing made it a truly peaceful retreat, especially appreciated by our family with young children. The host was exceptionally responsive and friendly, providing clear instructions and demonstrating flexibility with check-in/check-out times.

We had a great stay here! Ken was super communicative and helpful. The place looked just like the pictures and was very clean. The location was great for our winter weekend at Palisades and close to Tahoe City for food. I’m sure it would be great in the summer too given proximity to the lake. Thanks, Ken!

Perfect stay for our group of 8. Cleane was very helpful with instructions. The upstairs living room area was a great open space for board games/hanging out at the end of the day too.

Elizabeth’s place is fantastic! It is right in the heart of Northstar Village, so it is super easy to get to everything. It is literally steps away from where the check in location is located and very convenient to drop offs / pick ups for the village. Getting to the gondola, epic gear rentals, and all of the restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. And her place is so cute- great furnishings and details throughout. Plus, Elizabeth was so responsive and nice throughout the entire experience. Such a great host- I would definitely recommend!

Awesome spot in the Northstar Village. Great for family looking to make it easy to get the kids on the mountain without driving and parking. Absolutely recommend and we will be back. Easy access to everything in the village and love being across from Cooper provisions, the local store with everything you might have forgotten (food, coffee, sunscreen, drinks, etc) There is a washer / dryer on the floor of the condo but bring quarters as those were hard to come by in a cashless Northstar ;)

Tracy's place was perfect for our group of 8 adults skiing at Palisades which was less than a 15 drive away! The Airbnb was cozy, and the living room was comfortable for us to all hang out in. Additionally, the Airbnb is walkable (<10 mins) to the lake which was a huge plus. The community hot tub was spacious and just a short 10 feet walk from the backyard. We would definitely book this again!

Great spot - perfect for my kids to walk to ski/snowboard lessons and play in the snow.

Perfect location and size for our family of 4. Very easy to find and easy to get to the ski resorts thanks to the mountaineer shuttle. Was fully aligned to the pictures and what we expected. Communication with Daniel was very easy and he even provided us with everything we needed for our first breakfast there as he knew we would come in late that night. This was such a nice gesture and the kids LOVED their chocolate muffins. We will definitely try to book this place again. Thanks for everything!

Location was perfect for our trip. Easy shuttle to and from the resort each day. Communication with Dean was on point. I would for sure stay here again.

Perfect launching pad for great skiing! Suri's place was great – spacious, comfortable and well-designed. The place is very well situated – location can't be beat if you're hoping to get on the slopes as quickly as possible. We will certainly be back.

You really can't find a more convenient location at Palisades. It is literally across the way from the lifts and ski school, and right in the village with many shops and things to do. The condo is comfortable, well stocked, and with a few nice surprise amenities. The only note is that the convenient location comes with the downside of some noise at night from grooming machines and snow plows. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing place and Kathy was super helpful!

Her place was really great and it felt like home. I love that it had a washer and dryer in the unit! I loved that it was very close to local restaurants. I love your bear decor and it was lovely to see it everyday we were there! I assume you love bears :) We were able to go boreal Mountain for snowboarding which was amazing!! The next day we went snowmobiling and that was exhilarating! but overall it was a great stay! thank you for the hospitality! I definitely will recommend it to my friends and family! Kelly’s two bed condo is on the fourth floor with a view of the mountain and the Funitel and easy access to the Village. It’s clean and the beds are comfortable. Kelly is easy to communicate with.

Nothing short of amazing. Lark was super responsive and happy to get a phone call with questions. Will definitely come back. Super close to Northstar, order the bus through the app, they pick you up, and enjoy a great ski day. Amazing amenities, great facilities with spa and jacuzzi. 10/10 will definitely visit again!

Great location with wonderful trails and spectacular views right outside of the neighborhood. Sauna and Spa were welcome amenities after skiing all day. Plenty of room for our group of six. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals but be aware there are zero stock items (ie oils, condiments, etc.) and none were promised. There were, however, sufficient spices. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation.

We are a three generation family of nine who love to ski. We were new to Lake Tahoe. This was a wonderful home for our group - each bedroom had a private bathroom as well as a fireplace and TV. The kitchen and living areas were spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved (and used often!) the sauna and hot tub and enjoyed the pool table and game room. Great place that we would be happy to book again.

Michael’s home was the perfect location and space for a week long ski trip with friends and our dogs. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you need. The home itself is an excellent location- 20 min drive to multiple world class ski resorts, a short drive to Truckee with excellent restaurants and cafes, and close to many great hikes. I’ve been using Airbnb for years, and Michael is hands down one of the best hosts I’ve experienced on the platform. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and helpful - from making sure we were comfortable at home to sharing local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Angela’s condo is wonderful in every respect. Clean, well furnished and the location is outstanding. How often can you stay at a place that is both a 5 minute walk to a beautiful alpine lake and a state of the art bowling alley? 5 star experience.

Great spot for a birthday ski trip amongst friends!

Thanks David, our group (4 couples + kids) really really enjoyed our stay there. We had a lot of great memories on the snow and in David’s wonderful place! The home is really nice, comfortable, spacious and great for a large group. The kitchen is very well equipped. It’s as if you’re in your own home! And the location is fantastic. David was super helpful, proactive and responsive. We strongly recommend this home!!

My stay at Olga and Josh’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Olga and Josh were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had.
