Vacation rentals with a firepit in Kings Beach

Mark’s place was truly comfortable and enjoyable. It has a really good layout and good energy. Just the right size. We really appreciated the beds- they were so comfortable. Usually my husband and I don’t sleep well in a queen size (we prefer king), but because of the quality of the bed we did great! The heating was evenly distributed throughout the house- many options for different types of lighting. The vanity in the bedroom was a wonderful touch. Appreciated all the little details. The hot tub was clean and good quality- so appreciated this. Backyard was a nature lovers haven. We had such a great stay here :))

Amazing place! Booked this house for a Palisades trip. Although the weather did not allow us to ride the mountain at all, my group and I still had a nice weekend getaway. Clean and spacious rooms. All the amenities you could ever need. Will definitely be booking this place for our next Palisades trip.

This house was perfect for our girl’s trip! There were 10 of us and we felt the common rooms accommodated all of us comfortably to sit as a group. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms: 1 “dorm room” with 5 beds, and then 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. Downstairs had 2 bedrooms, one queen and one king. There’s a bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. There was lots of communication from Sean and the management company he uses, and responses were fast. And we LOVED how simple the check out process was— 10/10. Safeway is a 4 minute drive down the road, if you’re not local, download the app & set up a grocery pickup to save time. The location was perfect…10 minute drive to Heavenly, 35 minute drive to Emerald Bay. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

Great stay. Place was well-stocked and immaculate. Michael was helpful, communicative, and very accommodating. Especially appreciated the heated bathroom floors and cozy beds. Would definitely come back.

We loved the Tahoe house! A perfect spot to share with another family with amazing amenities. Janel and Kevin were fabulous hosts and provided a cozy comfortable space with great amenities. The space was perfect for two families, we cooked dinner and all had plenty of space. My kids loved the thoughtful touches for the young crew and us adults were grateful for the comfortable beds and linens. They’ve done a wonderful job of making their home feel cozy and inviting. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Jessica’s house is really clean and nice. We stayed there with our toddler and dog, we really enjoyed our stay. Jessica has great communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Great value. We stayed for 2 nights before skiing at Northstar. It was only a 10 minute drive so super easy. Place is simple, clean, and a good location. Beds were comfortable.

Really loved staying here and would come back! The place was very clean and spacious. The only thing I would change would be a bigger coffee maker!

Mark was an amazing host. Very attentive and responsive. The location was amazing. Tucked away in the corner of the hotel. Easy to get to the local shops once you get orientated. Close to the lake and right next to the Heavenly gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home base for our weekend ski trip. Short drive up to Heavenly's parking lots and walkable to many spots around town and to the lake shore. The space was clean and homey.

Plus, the excellent soundproofing made it a truly peaceful retreat, especially appreciated by our family with young children. The host was exceptionally responsive and friendly, providing clear instructions and demonstrating flexibility with check-in/check-out times.

Awesome spot in the Northstar Village. Great for family looking to make it easy to get the kids on the mountain without driving and parking. Absolutely recommend and we will be back. Easy access to everything in the village and love being across from Cooper provisions, the local store with everything you might have forgotten (food, coffee, sunscreen, drinks, etc) There is a washer / dryer on the floor of the condo but bring quarters as those were hard to come by in a cashless Northstar ;)

We stayed at the Jeffrey’s Hotel for one night and had a good experience. Everything was clean and in good condition. The kitchen could have been better equipped. I tried using the toaster and it started smelling and smoking a bit, but other than that we really liked it here (the beds are really comfortable), I just wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

My wife and I used this location while riding the bike park. The location is quiet and peaceful. Tucked away in the trees, yet a short walk to the village. A bike run goes right by, so the unit can serve as a pit stop on the way back to the gondola. Easy drive to Truckee, we did it everyday we were there. Wonderful hot tubs to soak in at the end of the day.

Daniel was an amazing host and our stay at his property was equally pleasant. The house was cozy, clean, and very well prepared for our stay. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed to cook meals, and all the beds came with comfy blankets and soft pillows. The living room was large, warm, and welcoming, great for spending time with friends. Daniel himself was super responsive and went above and beyond. We had lost our keys during this trip and thought we would be stuck since there aren’t any ubers/taxis around, but Daniel graciously offered to drive us anywhere we needed. Without his generosity and kindness, our trip would have been much less enjoyable.

I can’t say enough great things about this home!! It was beautiful and just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The house was well equipped, and made it extremely easy to feel right at home. William was also super responsive throughout our entire trip and also very thorough. Can’t wait to be back!!

Cute, affordable, homey space right near Heavenly - highly recommend!

This house is very nice and very up to date. The beds were comfortable and the place had all the amenities you would think of such as kitchen items and laundry detergent, etc. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing. We had an issue with a missing key when we arrived so we couldn’t get in right away, but that was just because the housekeeper left it on the kitchen counter and Maddie sent a lock smith over right away to get us in. Overall we had a great stay.

Chris let us check in early. That was much appreciated. We did not realize we could walk across the street to Gar Woods.. a restaurant we frequent when we visit Tahoe. The place was clean and matched the photos. We used all 4 bedrooms for our 3 families and enjoyed spending time together. We lucked out on both weather and traffic.

If I had a cabin in Tahoe, I’d love this one. It’s cozy, fully stocked, feels like home. I also love the hot tub, the location, the trees, and the host’s attention to our wellbeing. Best way to spend a birthday weekend with my family.

This little cabin on King’s Beach was the perfect retreat for us two friends after 2 very long days at Palisades Tahoe! The view is great out the back and from the hot tub, which was exactly what we needed to restore our bodies after all the snowboarding. Living room and fire place were a great place to sit around and chat, and play a couple games from the cabinet under the tv. Had all the basics for preparing solid meals as well; cooking equipment and a cupboard of everyday ingredients. Would definitely book this place again if coming to Kings Beach!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this cozy little cabin for the weekend! It was our pup’s first trip to the snow and she absolutely loved it. The record player and fireplace were a hit. Thanks for a nice getaway!

The Tall Trees Cabin was a perfect stay for my husband, three year old, and I. Susan was very proactive and excellent with communication and provided detailed information regarding the cabin as well as things to do in the area. The space was very clean and provided all the amenities we needed and even some extras. We enjoyed using the saucers to go sledding and the provided bird seed to feed the chickadees at Chickadee Ridge. We hope to return again soon!
