Beautiful little condo with a great view. Check in was hassle free, the place was clean, and it was exactly as described. The host was very responsive answered all my questions along with giving clear and concise instructions. The area is great with plenty of amenities around and there is a nice beach right by. Overall, I would highly recommend booking a stay here.

Beautiful condo in Kihei with every possible amenity to make you feel right at home. Private and peaceful with a pool, beach access. Perfect for getting around to snorkeling which was nearby. Access to stores too. Great place from which to visit Haleakala as well!

Gary was proactive with communications and his place was perfect for our needs! The amenities were great! the beach is a quick walk to the other end of the property and perfect for viewing the sunset!

We loved staying at Don’s place. It was exactly as perfect as it looked. It’s centrally located, with restaurants and shops and a beautiful beach all within walking distance. The pool area was so relaxing, and as we sat in the lounge chairs in the yard, we watched sea turtles play right in front of us in the ocean. We drank our morning coffee every morning on the lanai overlooking the water watching the sunrise. And Don was very easy to get a hold of, he was very friendly and helpful, and had recommendations for us for restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

No detail is forgotten! This is the best accessorized and appointed home away from home we have ever experienced. It is a great location, and we like the Lanai that rolls out onto the lawn. We love the short 1/2 block walk to the beach. it is wonderful to have air conditioning and fans. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking activity and we especially appreciate it that snacks and coffee were waiting for us. We loved the gift of chocolate covered macadamias. We appreciate the superlative attention to detail and the efficient accessibility of the hosts. Mahalo Ashley and Mike!!

Annie is a great host, the home was clean and comfortable. The beach a minute or two walk. The pool is close to the condo, about a minute too. We slept peacefully in the comfortable beds, the kitchen was well stocked, and the place is beautiful and comforting. We sat outside to drink coffee in the mornings and it felt like home, but better.

Andre was a tremendous host. He was promptly responsive to our questions and requests. His condo is beautiful and well-equipped. The view from the lanai and every room was spectacular. My wife and I would love to stay here again.

We had the most amazing time. All of the small touches were there, and we were constantly surprised by the high level of service and pride in the property. You cannot beat the view, and the hot tub is awesome! The unit was stocked with the nessesities, as well as delightful extras. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cherry on top was the ducks!! So charming. We cannot wait to come back!

Great and comfortable stay. Loved the sunset views. Very walkable beach right out front, and it was great having all the accessories like beach chairs and other gear available to take to nearby snorkeling spots and coves. Gary and Sarah and the Aloha Aku team were communicative and quick to reply, and they'll really have pit a lot of energy into making the property inviting and relaxing. Note - the bathroom is within the bedroom area and not fully enclosed, so there's not much privacy in that regard. Not an issue, just something to be aware of if booking as a group.

Aloha Aku has been everything we wanted, and more. The photos and descriptions don't do it justice. We were originally booked for five days, but extended our trip twice, for a total of 10 days because everything here is just so perfect!

When we arrived, we got confused trying to find the entrance, but if you read the instructions carefully, you should be fine! I had the most communication and clearer instructions here than anywhere else I've stayed with AirBnB-like places! The property is beautiful, the beach there is great for walks and sights, but not the best for swimming/snorkeling as it is usually murky. The hot tub and pools are really neat. The accommodations are exactly as described and really well done.

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay. We grew up on the island and came back to visit for a family event. It was wonderful to stay somewhere that was so convenient. It totally met our needs for location and amenities. Although it is a one bedroom, having a second bathroom was a big plus in choosing a place to stay. The beach is right there and we enjoyed watching the sunsets. The grounds are beautiful. Plenty of restaurants to choose from just a short drive away. We hope to stay again.

Serene and peaceful! Just about everything needed to make all the typical activities convenient, including all of the equipment, beach towels and chairs, etc. A very quiet and private environment. Can’t wait to come back!

Gary's condo is on a private beach with private pool and hot tub. The common area has all the amenities you could ask for. Very impressed!

This is really well situated. A hundred feet from the back door and you are on the beach. Wake to the sounds of the birds from the adjacent wildlife refuge. It's intimate, with only four rental units in the building. No big hotels in the area, so the beach is uncrowded, and has basking sea turtles! Beautiful sunsets. They could have had 5 units, but kindly equipped the middle unit as a common room where departing guests leave food, drinks, and supplies like sunscreen, bug spray, etc. Free snorkeling and beach supplies, bikes with lights/locks/helmets, boogie and paddleboards, an ocean kayak, TONS of movies, books, and CDs. Our unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything except a dishwasher and a full-size oven (there is big high quality toaster oven). Note the toilet/shower area is open at the top. Gary and his team communicated clearly for entry and exit but otherwise left us alone unless we had a question. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 2 weeks over the Christmas period with our two children. we found the unit to be very well equipped with everything we could have needed for our stay. the kitchen in particular was great with newer cabinets and marble-look countertop - it was all very easy to keep clean through our stay. The washer and dryer inside the unit was a plus and super convenient - it meant that we could pack less for our trip since we could do laundry throughout our stay. The suite overlooked the ocean and the pickleball courts, so there was always some people-watching potential. As a relatively small complex, it was nice to recognize faces at the pool or in the parking lot throughout our stay - it does have the feel of a small community. The location of the complex itself was wonderful. it had the convenience of being very close to all the restaurants of Kihei without being directly in the action. This meant less traffic but could pick up takeout within 5 minutes.

Todd's place was clean and cozy. The town is a local's town, not touristy & fancy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. It was nice to have the use of folding chairs & umbrella to take to the beach. The Four Sister's bakery one block away is a must try! Get the butter rolls for sure! There are also some food trucks a couple of blocks away.

Stayed just over 3 weeks in this spectacular unit. Well appointed, incredible views, so clean! It was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Full size toiletries in bathrooms, tons of clean linens, soap, detergent, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper to cover our entire stay. We felt right at home. Andre was responsive and immediately assisted when we had an issue with the AC unit in the second bedroom upon arrival. There is ongoing construction in the complex, but it didn't affect our building or interrupt our stay at all. Parking is open season during this construction period, which turned out great because we could choose any open spot - super convenient and tons of availability. Kamaole Sands is our fav complex in Kihei and we are already planning our return visit. Will definitely stay in this unit over and over again.

Great stay

My partner and I had a beautiful stay at Todd's place. We had to last minute shift airbnbs and Todd was very quick to respond and accommodate us on short notice. We quickly felt at home and were able to settle. The location was good and a short drive to Paia, Kihei and all the other spots we wanted to visit. Loved having access to the beach chairs which came in handy. The noise that was mentioned in other reviews didn't impact us at all, as were mostly out and about during the day and slept great at night. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend!
