perfect room for anyone wanting to stay in Hat Yai. very clean, great WiFi, close to the Central shopping mall. There is a laundry in the building but also there is a new laundry opposite the building for busy times. the host is super responsive to messages and seems vert friendly and polite. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Hat Yai

Comfortable and cozy stay. Everything is on point and just as what the owner described. Location is near to Lee Garden area. Down part is need to carry your luggage to first floor, going up the stairs.

Great location, right next to the night bazaar and a short walk to Central Hat Yai mall. Just a quick taxi ride to the city center. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed, yet surrounded by amazing food and plenty of things to do. Really enjoyed my stay!
