Simply fantastically beautiful!

Beautifully appointed Austrian Chalet in a wonderful place. Lovely & warm, great facilities, fabulous views of the mountains. Short walk into the beautiful town of Seefeld. Great spacious, spotless chalet with a wonderful helpful host. 10 min walk to restaurants, shops, ski bus & the centre of the village.

The house, the location just great. We loved it. There was nothing missing.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I will gladly come back. We stayed at the chalet for a few days. We enjoyed the time there. The place was very clean and you could relax nicely on the sofa or on the terrace after a busy day of hiking. From the chalet you can start some hikes. Otherwise, other places can also be reached quickly by car. There was even a bread service. You could let us know in the evening which rolls you want and in the morning they were outside the door.

We were able to spend wonderful days with our two dogs in this enchanting chalet. The house is extremely cozy and warmly furnished. We enjoyed long hikes on site, which were great with the dogs. Karina is exceptionally warm, helpful and responds quickly. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this charming chalet with fenced garden and great views.

Fantastic house, which is wonderfully renovated and very comfortable. The large open kitchen, terrace and living room are perfectly designed for several people. The location is great, shopping and the center are within walking distance within minutes. The contact with the host and the handover were uncomplicated and pleasant.

When you enter the authentic Appenzellerhaus, it makes you feel right at home. You can tell that the house is inhabited, because everything you need is available. There is an incredible amount of interesting things to discover throughout the house, whether it's books, pictures or objects. The furnishings are unique and inspiring. As a guest, you feel welcome, because everything is prepared in a friendly way. The host is very reliably available and extremely straightforward. We really enjoyed our vacation days in this unusual home and in the beautiful, quiet area.

An amazing home from home whilst we adventured around Austria and Germany. Stunning location perfect for a range of activities. Lovely space, we spent every evening watching the clouds and playing cards on the mountain. We are already planning our next trip back. Thank you so much!

Pia and Ferdinand's place delighted us: great location, quiet, close to nature and with wonderful mountain views! 🏔️ The communication with our hosts went smoothly, and responses were always quick. 📬   The place itself surprised us positively – it looked bigger than it did on the pictures. There were several seating areas to relax. Particularly noteworthy is the sound insulation of the walls – those who wanted to retreat to the rooms had their peace and quiet.   For skiers and those seeking relaxation, the location is ideal – slopes, spas and hiking trails are quickly accessible by car. Only a wardrobe in the entrance area we would have liked to hang our jacket, as not every room is equipped with a clothes rail. Nevertheless, the mix of modern and classic decor makes the space particularly inviting (the teapot lamps were a real eye-catcher🫖).   Overall, we had a great stay – clear recommendation! 😊

We arrived with 6 adults and 4 children and found a very nice well-kept wooden house. The entrance area shares the access to another wooden house, the parking is right in front of the entrance area. There were plenty of rooms and we cooked together in the fully equipped kitchen. For breakfast, we could order from a baker in Unterjoch, who delivered us the super tasty goods every morning. That was already very comfortable ! The exchange with the hosts was accommodating at all times, we will definitely be back. After the lifts in the village were out of service, we drove to Oberjoch, which was not a problem at all.

Everything was great, we had nice relaxing days, everything was very clean and the location is beautiful in the middle of the mountains.

We spent five days for the winter ski vacation. Group of 16 people Impeccable cleanliness upon arrival Three beautiful queen/king size double bedrooms and impeccable bedding A dormitory with a double bed and 4 very comfortable single beds. A dormitory with 10 impeccable single beds for teenagers Common areas are spacious and allow you to eat together and spend pleasant evenings playing games. We may regret that there are only two bathrooms: one with a single shower and another with two showers side by side (very nice for couples😂). A third shower room would be appreciated given the number of residents With a little discipline, everything went well. And it's just a detail. The kitchen is impeccable and very well-equipped. To get to the Arlberg area, the free shuttle passes in front of the chalet. The stop is a 10-minute walk with ski boots and a 15-minute drive Really impeccable for a group of friends

Hosts were great in replying to requests and were always prompt and helpful in replies. We all loved the property and the amazing views it had.
