Monthly Rentals in Kawajima, Hiki District

Naoko is a good host. She is helpful and always has rapid response. She also sent us gifts and books for kids. Our family enjoy living there. The accommodation located in quiet town. There is convenience store within 1-2mins walking distance. The car park is just outside the building, it is good accommodation for those who is with a vehicle. We enjoy staying there and appreciate the help from Naoko during our stay. If we visit Tokyo again we definitely choose to stay there again.

Was a very beautiful property in a nice area of Saitama, being somewhat close to a grocery store and being very close to a 7/11 made the trip much easier. The house was nice, well kept and very much an authentic Japanese feel, it was like having my own house. I would definitely recommend it to someone who doesn’t mind the trainride into Tokyo, and wants somewhere authentic and quiet. Note to foreigners! Omiya has more to do than expected and you will go through this station frequently, explore the buildings outside the station, even the local Bic Camera has good shopping.

Easy to check in, convenient store downstairs, very convenient, more car space provided for self driving tourists. Recommended!

We loved staying here. It’s a 2 min walk from Kita-in and Narita San, and 15 from Koedo old town and both train stations. There’s parking which was amazing for family stopping by. The front rooms get lots of sun and was warm in the winter. We LOVED the kotatsu! While it says it accommodates many guests, there was a lack of plates as well as kitchen items to accommodate like soup bowls. We were a family of 4 who ate in and cooked all meals so if you’re out mostly it shouldn’t be an issue. Beds are roll out single person size and good if you like hard beds.
