Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

Great place to stay in Princeville! Great amenities in the Airbnb to make living there easier. The condo does stay comfortable and cool through breezes and fans. Note that a rental agreement and your personal e-mail address are required for rental. Nothing significant is in the agreement but it is not noted in the listing.

We had a great stay. The proximity to the beach / ocean was excellent. Others comments about the bathroom/shower had us concerned, but it was clean and functional during our stay. The apartment was a little warm and stuffy when we first arrived, but once the windows are open and the fans are on, it cooled down considerably. By morning (in February) it was actually almost too cold. The closest full of beach stuff was really useful.

The property is fantastic. It is a quiet neighborhood of houses and condos super close to Poipu beach. There was plenty of nearby parking. A/C blows cold when we needed a break from the sun and heat. Amenities as described. The photos were accurate. The balcony is a pleasant place to have morning coffee and listen to the local birds.. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the property for my wife and I, and our three teenagers. Nathan was great as our host. We had a small issue getting the TV to work and Nathan was quick to respond and direct us how to use the cable tv app. (User error on our part). Nathan provided some good local recommendations. We had a great time! Thank you!!

Can not say enough great things about our stay here! Great neighborhood, cozy and well designed apartment/studio, perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Also the bed is so comfy (medium-firm)! The only downside which I dont discredit the owners for, is that this is a downstairs unit and there might be people staying above you in which case you will hear every footstep and moving of furniture/dropping of things, and just general loudness. But as long as the upstairs neighbors are being quiet, this place and surrounding area are lovely, peaceful, and quiet. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

We had an amazing time and this Airbnb was the perfect place to stay. It is walking distance to the beautiful beaches and places to eat. The place was clean and just as described. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the south shore of Kauai!

Our stay here was wonderful. The place is beautiful with all the amenities listed. Ryan was very responsive and communicative. Very grateful to be able to borrow snorkel gear and other things while staying. Excellent place to stay near the north side attractions on Kauai!

Jason's place was great for our family of 6 adults and one baby. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals at home. Pool and hot tub and grill just short walk away. We loved the lanai on the main floor. Beds and living room very comfy. The small bedroom got a little warm with no AC but there are fans to help. Jason was always responsive and helpful! lots of beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear. Nice pack n play for baby! we had a lovely stay!

Excellent location, peaceful neighborhood, and a beautiful home. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The provided beach chairs were fantastic for sitting on the beach and watching the sea turtles come ashore.

Sea Glass is an amazing home. It’s not just a place to stay; it is truly a home. Here’s what I loved: Filtered water and ice in the fridge. The view!! Every appliance, kitchen tool, accessory, condiment you could imagine and then some. It was conveniently located and easy to get around. It was very quiet and felt like we had the entire neighborhood to ourselves. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The only “rules” were ones that any decent guest would follow out of common courtesy, anyway. The house is exactly as pictured. The lanai swing! Overall, I would definitely stay again if I found myself in the area!

This condo was PERFECT. We loved the three different levels having a room and a bathroom each. Two of the bedrooms had beautiful views to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Quiet and peaceful area, minus the occasional rooster but that was expected. Kitchen was stocked and exceeded our needs. We enjoyed the pool. We were looked forward to the spa but it was closed while we were there. Overall would stay in the exact same location if/when we come back for vacation!

This condo was great. Only two of us but could have comfortably fit many more. Great living space and kitchen, 2 min walk to the beach and a nice pool. We really enjoyed our time here. Only thing is no AC so we slept in the downstairs bedrooms and stuck all the fans in there and it was totally fine.

We loved this townhome for the week in Princeville. It is right in the middle of all the attractions and close to everything. It is beautiful and the pool and the hot tub were great after a hiking, snorkeling and hanging at the beaches! We would love to go back!

This was an exceptional Airbnb. 12/10. It had all the aspects of a great one, but JT’s communication and suggestions, along with a stocked kitchen, pool/beach equipment and bikes, made it exceptional. The complex is beautiful— we biked around and saw many others but I think this one is the nicest in the area. The pool area was outstanding and we ended up there every day at some point. The kitchen was completely stocked, which was a first for us at an Airbnb and made a huge difference. The beds and pillows were also exceptionally comfy. The North shore area is so beautiful and has so many things to do, we only ended up driving south for one day. Hanalei was 10/10 and we went there for all our meals out. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!

We loved everything about this townhouse - the unit's location, the overall floor plan, the tasteful decor, all the beach accessories and supplies at the unit, as well as the host's list of recommendations. The pictures do not do the unit justice! When we had a minor hiccup, the host was quick to respond and solve the problem. We would definite recommend this unit to friends/families traveling to the area.

Tia and Jeremiah’s place was identical to the photos, beautiful and we loved listening to the ocean at night. Took advantage of the well stocked kitchen and laundry and the extra bedroom was great for storing luggage. Beautifully decorated and the perfect amount of space for my husband, son and I.

The environment here...from the wildlife to the beach...was like a dream that transcended our wildest expectations. Our group of 6 slept SOul cozily here ♾️🙏

We feel so fortunate to have found this place! Jamie was an incredibly warm and welcoming host, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. The mini kitchen was convenient with the perfect amount of basics. Both beds were extremely comfortable, with plush down pillows and crispy clean linens. She even went out of her way to set up a baby seat on the lanai and a crib with a beautiful hand-crocheted blanket. Before arriving, we thought it might feel strange to pass through her kitchen/living room upon entry, but it was not awkward at all. Her home is extremely clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing - it felt like we were walking into a staged magazine scene each time we passed through. It was very quiet and peaceful. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend every night of our trip here. Thank you again Jamie! We hope to be back.

This was my favorite air bnb I've ever stayed in! Lisa's place was even bigger and better than the photos. 6 adults had plenty of space without feeling crammed for our 7 day stay. The balconies were our favorite parts. Lisa truly thought of EVERYTHING -- from a full set of matching organic spices in the kitchen, to TP and soap in each bathroom, to coolers, towels, and all the beach gear you could ever want. Beds were so comfortable and Lisa was so easy to work with. If we come back to Kauai we will 1000% stay here again! Lisa's place set a very high standard for air bnbs moving forward! Thank you for such an amazing stay Lisa! Your hospitality and attention to detail is so appreciated, nothing went unnoticed!

Nice place with everything you need, including beach stuff. Roomy and clean, the kitchen has everything you need and far more than just the basics. Walking distance to a few beaches and a restaurant. Avoid the Hotel places nearby though. You need a car to go to the grocery store or if you want to explore the island. For the beach, I suggest to just walk. The lanai is almost always in the shade, so if you need a day away from the sun, the two loungers are very comfortable. Or just sit outside and have a beer. A pool is close by and I have never seen it busy, so if you want to just take a short dip in the evening, it is worth a visit.

Fell in love with the first photo view with this townhouse. Same as description. The view is beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Maylene is a nice and responsible hostess. She is easy to communicate and always responded. Highly recommended!

The space was incredibly clean, and had all the amenities to satisfy our family of 10. The beach umbrella, chairs, towels, and stroller were super helpful for when going to the beach. The location was exceptional as well - the beach was a quick 3min ride away and walkable, and near places to do boat tours and snorkeling. And host was responsive and helpful with inquiries. Would definitely rent this space again if ever back in Kauai!
