Monthly Rentals in Karungal

Quite honestly, this stay was everything we could have asked for. It’s a cute cozy 2bhk with ample amount of sunlight pouring in which makes you feel like home. Supriya has been a very understanding host and cooperated us with everything. There are two rooms: one AC and another non AC. The flat has a big parking spot and living here is like taking a breath of fresh air.

The place is spotlessly clean, cozy, and very well stocked with everything you may need. The host is extremely pleasant and thoughtful. From having options of both milk powder and milk to a bunch of noodle packets, everything was well thought through to make the place extremely convenient to live in. Her communication was on point with very clear notes on where extra linen is etc. Loved our stay there!

Location is close to Poovar boating and the stay welcomes you with an aesthetic appeal. There are some snap worthy locations in the house and we enjoyed it. Raghav and team helped us even though we checked in very late. His team was there to welcome us and give their valuable inputs. If you are checking in late night, grab your snacks to see through the night. Shops may not be available for another 2-3 kms. Enjoy the swing with a hot cup of coffee.

I stayed at Amutha’s place in Dec 2024. It was a short night stay for our group with 3 families. There are 3 bedrooms and a big living area. Extra mattresses and blankets were provided. The Lady of the house helped us in easy check in and checkout and responded well to our calls. A must mention: I forgot my Apple Watch at this place and Amutha herself told this to me. I appreciate her honesty and going extra mile. I have requested her to courier the same to my place. Thanks.
