Beautiful, spacious apartment, very clean and completely accessible, even with an elevator. Very well equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge with freezer, clean oven, stove, Senseo coffee machine with 3 pods, dishwasher with 3 tabs, sink with dish soap, dishcloth, dishcloth, brush and sponge as well as drying cloth). Beautiful, accessible bathroom with hand soap, small shower gel, toilet paper, hair dryer and shower extractor). Towels, shower towels and linens are available. We had the 3-bed room with double bed and a separate bed in the same room, all very clean. High hardness of the mattresses, which was very convenient for us. The boardinghouse is very quietly located near REWE (incl. Bakery) & Netto and is well soundproofed, didn't notice anything from the other tenants (parking spaces were occupied, so some apartments probably too). 4 charging options from MENNEKES for electric cars in front of the house via QR code, alternatively Hypercharger at REWE.

Everything is fine! Super clean and lovingly furnished. Communication with Yvonne completely problem-free. Glad to come back!

I am a weekend commuter and were lucky enough to be able to rent the apartment for two months. The apartment is located directly under the roof and therefore has its own homely charm. The residential area is very quiet, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Angela was a very accommodating and helpful host. I felt very comfortable during my stay. I'd love to come back!
