Our studio condo is in the heart of Kona town, on Ali'i Drive, right across the street from the ocean. An easy location if you are looking to walk to many of Kona's best restaurants, snorkel at the nearby pier, or join a manta ray night dive and only 15 minutes from the airport. Our place has great ambiance, the outdoor area, pool and hot tub are stunning, surrounded by tiki torches every evening. Our place is good for couples and small families. This rustic and cozy cabin sits on our 5 acre parcel in the cloud forest above Kona town on the Big Island, called Kaloko Mauka. It has it's own private little corner of the property, complete with secluded hot tub, yard and large lanai perfect for the bbq! One king bed in the studio, best for 2-3 adults. Loft can suit a child or two 8 years and older or another adult. There is a fold out futon with extra bedding and pillows. Loft railing is not completely protected for children under 8.

Beautiful Kona Condo in the middle of Ali'i Drive.

Walk Everywhere! Kona Farmer's Market, shops, restaurants, ABC stores are all in walking distance. The ocean is across the street. The pool and hot tub are just outside the back door of our condo. You can watch the sun set everynight over the ocean, and have a one minute walk back. The laundry room is right outside of the front door for you. The grills and tables are inside the pool area, again, just outside the back door. This is a very clean, cozy, updated condo!! We hope you love it!

This is real Hawaii (except we have fast reliable Wi Fi). Located at 900 ft. elevation, 4 miles to the center of town where there are many restaurants to choose from and just minutes to the nearest beach where the sea turtles are sunning themselves on the shore. This is on one acre in Kona's safest and most desirable neighborhoods. It is the downstairs of a large home where I live quietly upstairs. You share nothing, the pool and spa are yours exclusively while you are here.

The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation's are very private and well appointed. I designed the home myself and set up the Air BNB to be completely private with its own private gardens, large porch, separate entry, parking, BBQ, Hot Tub and hammock swinging under the palm trees. Our accommodations are very clean and well appointed The Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared.
