Florencia and Toshiro were very accommodating. I had to check-in earlier than expected and they graciously allowed me to switch from one apartment to another seamlessly.

If you’re looking to experience the real Asunción and Paraguay as a whole, I can’t recommend this place enough! The neighborhood is a fantastic choice: peaceful, safe, and full of things to see and do. I stayed for a month and felt completely at home. The apartment checked all the boxes with very fast WiFi for work, plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and a charming antique style with cozy furniture and warm welcoming colors. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available with great tips and advice whenever I needed it. Whether you’re working remotely or just looking for a place to explore the city, this is the perfect home base. You won’t regret staying here!!!!

Communication very good, very well maintained apartment, well located for a visit in the historical places. It's worth it.

An amazing host and very large apartment in a really nice location. The apartment had a great balcony with a great view, a responsive host and all the necessary facilities. It's also close to everything you need. I definitely recommend. The only negative I have is that the bed is quite uncomfortable and most of the furniture and bedding need to be updated
