The Cool Hollow house exceeded our expectations. The hosts were super responsive. The house was historic and beautiful. The yard and setting were just what we were looking for.

We had an AMAZING stay at Becky’s River oasis. We were lucky to stay during a weekend when snow was on the ground and it was a beautiful & serene respite from the world. But it would be beautiful at any time of year! A group of friends gathered here and we spent hours lounging in the living room, laughing, and playing games. The house creates the perfect, comfortable vibe. You feel right at home. The wood burning stove was toasty and so cozy! Everything is comfy & clean. I couldn’t imagine a better place for our weekend trip. Becky is easily one of the nicest hosts I’ve event interacted with. She was kind, helpful, and so wonderful throughout the process. She’s amazing!

Solid spot to enjoy nature and the sound of the river. It truly is pirate themed. Loved the pinball machine, and the projector was solid. Just make sure to bring your own food cause food delivery drivers do have a tough time coming up here since it gets dark and the roads are a bit narrow. Great time overall and glad to have stayed here.

Kristen's house was an absolute dream. It's such a cozy, quaint, and charming older house that is in great shape. It is huge with tons of space to relax and unwind and is in a quiet neighborhood located right near the famous C and O Tow Path. Super comfy beds and lightning fast wifi. We loved all the National Parks memorabilia and books since we are avid National Parks travelers. who have been to 46 states! Kristen was an exemplary host who was super responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and gave us fabulous tips on what to do in the area-we did many of them including Panorama Point, Washingtons Bathtub, and C and O Tow Path. We would reccommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place with wonderful hospitality in Maryland. Thanks for sharing your lovely home and for everything else, Kristen! :)

Very cool old house in a peaceful area. House was well equipped with anything you would need as well as well stocked for the pellet fire. Brenda was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions.

This was our 3rd year renting their Potomac Overlook home for our family Thanksgiving and once again, our entire family loved staying here! The home is spacious with plenty of bed- and bathrooms plus super-comfortable beds. And the property is absolutely beautiful with its Potomac River-front location and plenty of very usable outdoor space. We highly recommend it!

This was our second visit to one of Frank's many properties and his high standards are reflected in the care he takes and feels for his homes. Our stay at "Overlook" was fun, relaxing and peaceful. Some highlights: -hot tub was one of the best we've seen (large, clean, good jets and in a great location). -home layout is well thought out -kitchen is stocked -extra 1/2 bath (not pictured) in awesome mudroom/laundry area -very comfy couches, sitting areas and beds -outdoor fire pits and indoor gas fireplace -nice dock -privacy and the ability to walk all over the expansive property, including along the river (there are some steep hills giving you the great views, but nothing crazy) -the scenic views from the big windows in the house We went during a flash snowstorm in December... can't imagine how much fun a summer or spring visit would be! We would definitely book again. Great gracious hosts! Thank you.

Although our stay was short, it was just the change of scenery we needed! The community is so quiet and feels secluded — a great escape from the city! We enjoyed being tucked in the woods with the remnants of fall foliage around us. Yet the property is just a short distance from downtown Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park and other things to do. We especially appreciated the great setup for kids. Our rambunctious toddler stayed busy on a rainy day by cooking in the play kitchen and reading books. He also loved riding in the push-car on the deck!

Very peaceful, cozy. The amenities are very nice. the place is small and cozy, perfect for two adults and a 2 and 3 year old. Everything was spotless and worked well. We had a hard time figuring out the hear for overnight heating but during the day the propane fireplace was fantastic at keeping the home warm.

Great property, would definitely stay again- no concerns.

A beautiful and peaceful cabin that's also just a short drive to Harper's Ferry. The best of both worlds

We had the most amazing time! It was so relaxing and a beautiful cabin at a great location. We love how secluded and private it was. Even better that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog! He got to swim while we kayaked. Felt right at home, thank you again Brandi for opening your home up to us!

Everything was picture perfect and the cabin had everything we needed! Perfect space with heaters, fans, air purifiers and easy to use AC/heating. Kitchen was stocked with dishes for us to make our romantic dinners for this past Valentine’s Day vacation! Hot tub was a plus and test strips and instructions were easy to find and follow. Great host and very timely responses on any concerns we had. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful cabin with amazing hot hub, amenities were great. Location was perfect to explore wineries in the region, national park, etc. Communication with the host was flawless throughout. Would definitely recommend!
