Time at the cabin was great! Plenty of space for us and the little one . Great views amazing local stuff and only a quick ride from our place . Chris was extremely helpful and a great host . I would recommend his place to anyone.

We had a magical, romantic honeymoon here! Sitting in the hot tub at night with the stars in the sky and the sound of the river in the background was totally unforgettable. We took the path across from the front of the house and walked to Harpers Ferry every day we were here. The indoor and outdoor space at this rental was exactly what we needed. We loved everything about our trip and are already talking about coming back next year for our anniversary.

Paul’s place is wonderful & exactly as described! The beds are super comfortable along with the couches & other furnishings. We were able to walk down to Harper’s Ferry, we took several hikes & had dinner in nearby Shepherdstown, & Frederick. There is so much to do in the area. I wish we had more time to stay, especially to enjoy the house more 😊 Paul is a wonderful host & was very accommodating to a couple requests we had!

This was an absolutely lovely place & Brian was a communicative and accommodating host. And given how tiny the place is, I think it's pretty comfortable. My boyfriend and I stayed the night & the weather was not really all that cooperative for a fire or using the hot tub, and honestly, there was enough space on the couch for to people to sit and have a comfortable night in. Same thing in the morning- we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful outlook, but needed to take an inside break bc it was chilly outside, and sitting at the little bar area & looking out the windows as we sipped coffee was wonderful. it's a wonderful, well lit, comfy little place. It has everything you need, and we want to come back!

My friends and I have done a number of cabin trips over the years, and this was easily the best appointed cabin I have stayed in. There is clearly so much thought put into every detail of the design, making it perfectly charming and cozy! It is also extremely well maintained and cleaned, which can always be a bit of a gamble booking cabins online, so I was grateful for that. Well situated for getting to Harper's Ferry, but its so beautiful you'll want to spend all of your time at the cabin!

The house was very attractive and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The mattresses were soft, and we slept well. The screened porch had heat lamps which were a nice touch on the chilly mornings. We enjoyed our stay very much and will likely come again! The only issue we had was the hot tub was not clean, but the owners were communicative about it and apologized when we brought the issue to their attention. Overall very good experience.

Communication was seamless! Whitney was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The home was very clean and very very cute! We felt comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

This was our first time in Harpers Ferry. Deans place was absolutely awesome and cozy. The house is small, but very inviting and cute. We loved the decoration and and the big fireplace. Everything was like described and super petfriendly. The Gayte House is within walking distance to all attractions, nice restaurants, and beautiful nature. We would stay anytime again.
