Toru is a great host. His place is very homely, he gives suggestions to make our stay enjoyable.the place is near to narita airport good for early flight, it's quite far from the popular destinations, but there are other alternative sites to visits. he gives us instructions on the train schedule, a reminder not to miss it. he accomodate us very well and we will surely comeback. thank you Toru!

We had a comfortable stay here. It was a little cold but the bathtub was nice. It has a great yard and a complete kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the host was polite.

The view is great and the house has a lot of space.And the location is good, you can walk to jr station in about 15 minutes, or take a walk to the side of Lake Biwa.The host was very welcoming and the communication was very smooth. I really recommend this house!

We felt incredibly comfortable and cozy staying at Susan’s beautiful cottage! We were treated friendly, recommended to a bunch of amazing spots in Kyoto and it happened to be one of the most beautiful stays during our Japan trip! It is in a great location with easy transportation to get around everywhere. Near a delicious little French bakery for some amazing breakfast/ lunch! I also want to take a moment to let you know how amazing Susan is as a host and what an incredible human being she is! Her cat cafe / rescue program is amazing and although we were there briefly and didn’t have a chance to check it out, I say you should definitely check it out on your stay! Staying here goes towards helping the cats, what more could you want! From now on if I’m ever planning to stay in Kyoto and one of her cottages are available, I will definitely make it a point to book a stay here!

The host is very polite and generous. He gives us ice cream, soft drinks and most of all oranges from his own tree. Above all, the place is very nice. It is quite big space, clean and luxurious. It is also equiped with complete amenities and beautiful garden. Perfect for family gathering. Communication was OK, although we speaks in different languages. Very recommended place should you bring car by yourself.

The facilities are very well equipped, the host responds in a timely manner, and the property is very clean. I hope to have the opportunity to stay again next time.

We used it with a total of 9 people and 2 dogs.The facilities were as described on the introduction page, with a large garden on the grounds, luxurious and well-kept rooms, clean kitchens, toilets, and baths, all of us were impressed by the quality that we could have imagined. Higashinami Review “Is this a foreign place?”It was a different world space for everyone. It is definitely the # 1 vacation home in your life. As you drive for a prominent large palm tree, you'll see a huge pure white building.Open the door to a luxurious Tiffany blue interior with a huge pool and sauna.In the large garden, the dog ran right out. Lol It is a beautiful natural grass that is well-maintained, so you can rest assured no matter how much you run.The owner is also a super dog lover. There is a cabin in the corner of the garden where you can have a BBQ and it's a charcoal fire!!No matter what I baked, it was delicious. And the amenities are too luxurious!! Refa hair dryer/hair iron/shower head, cosmetics lotion/serum and aesop hand soap.You can't use all-you-can-eat all of this. Several people flourish with karaoke, a few with mahjong, and finally a heated pool for everyone.It's great to have warm water with a heater that can be enjoyed even in the winter. Kinkin's cold 5L draft beer and free sparkling wine are also perfect. I had the best time in my life with my great friends! And I booked it again and again as I checked out. Lol Many thanks SEADINERS for the best time!!

Nice stay for a family trip

Our family of five had a wonderful 12-night stay in Chika’s chalet, and will fondly remember our time spent there. The chalet is in a peaceful street, just 10 minutes walk from the Echoland restaurants and a short drive to the supermarket. The skifields of Goryu/Hakuba47 and Happo One are less than 10 minutes drive away. From the beginning, Chika was very helpful with her communication about our stay, and offered recommendations for such things as booking restaurants in advance. During our stay, Chika was always very responsive to any message or request from us. The chalet is warm and well-appointed, with three air conditioned bedrooms upstairs along with a compact bathroom, toilet and washer/dryer. Downstairs, the kitchen is spacious with everything we needed. The lounge and dining area were lovely and warm thanks to the pellet stove and other heater units, and the separate drying room was very handy. We loved sitting and looking out the window at the snow and trees outside.

It was slightly hard to find for the first time, but it was actually the first house just past the main road.There are also many convenient shops around, and it is very quiet and very suitable for a rest!The house is very bright and fully furnished.The host was very nice and patient with me to answer questions and was a great stay!

It was clean, fully equipped with amenities, and kitchenware, and I had a comfortable stay with a spacious and convenient floor plan.

We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb and truly appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel comfortable, such as the heated shower floors—especially welcome in winter—and the well-stocked toiletries. We drove and the place was easy to find.
