Monthly Rentals in Jaafar

Of the many places I have stayed in Tunis. This is prob one of the best all around for the price and quality. The neighborhood felt safe and groceries and other needs are all within walking distance. The rooftop stay offers a great view of the city and makes for a beautiful sunrise/sunset. Habib is very friendly and would always respond quickly if we needed anything. If you're considering this as a place to stay I would definitely recommend it.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment that's perfect for unwinding. The hospitality was truly exceptional, every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making me feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, with a fantastic sense of humor that added so much warmth to the experience. It felt less like staying at an Airbnb and more like visiting an old friend. Highly recommend.

i had a very pleasant stay,the accommodation is really beautiful and Omar is a very serious host as well as the proximity to shops very easy to access. i'll be back very soon without hesitation... don't hesitate Omar is a very serious person.
