Monthly Rentals in Iva

Had a great time, super easy check-in, and the house had everything we needed. Big fluffy towels, same as I use at home, and the washer and dryer - with detergent provided! - made it easy to prevent taking home a suitcase full of dirty clothes. Super quiet and peaceful setting.

Beautiful air bnb and would highly recommend. The photos and descriptions were exactly as it looked in person. The couches and beds were comfortable , which is another plus! Steve and Cheryl were amazing and friendly hosts. Love the surrounding landscape, the farm animals, and even the dogs came to greet us! If we're ever in the area again we will definitely be staying there!

It was a good location & very clean

We had the absolute best time at this house for the weekend! We had a group of high school friends getting together to attend a wedding in Iva, SC and this house could not have been more perfect. The views are stunning and the house is laid out perfectly to be able to enjoy the views of the lake. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed to cook for 9 people all weekend. We already want to plan a trip back to this beautiful house to be able to enjoy the lake in warmer weather!!
