Luxury rentals in Italian Riviera

A wonderful property in a beautiful location with stunning views over the bay. The property was even better than the pictures portrayed it, and was immaculate. Special thanks to Jimmy who was very helpful and friendly, and to Anna for keeping the property spotless whilst we were there.

This is a well maintained, clean, private, spacious villa. The top floor is wide open. The kitchen has everything you need and is easy to figure out. There is a guest bathroom on this level. Comfortable living space with large tv, dvd player and selection of dvds, a speaker system to hook up your own music, and lovely views. Also lots of paperback books. The next level down has 3 large bedrooms with lots of storage, towels and very comfortable beds. There are 2 full bathrooms. Great water pressure for hot showers. Very quiet at night. The bottom level has a large bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is also an easy to use washer and dryer on this level. The entire villa was very clean and well equipped. If you don't have a car or take an Uber, the walk into town is 15-20 minutes, with about 180 stairs to climb. Definitely not for the unfit. The steps can be daunting, but only take 5 minutes up or down. LOVED this villa!! Don't hesitate.

Nico's place is incredible. The views from the house are amazing. All of the bedrooms are well setup and the beds are comfy. The Gym is excellent to have especially if you are going to for a long stay. We stayed for a month and loved it.

The villa and staff made the whole week feel extremely luxurious and we were thoroughly spoilt. The food choices and delivery of food were excellent and delicious and being served either outside or in the very smart dining room made the meals even more special. The bedrooms were spacious and very well equipped and the bathrooms were the same. The whole experience felt very special. The outdoor pool area was large and we had at times everyone in the pool with room to spare. Provision of towels etc was excellent. Garden and house were immaculately kept and the 360 degree views were lovely. Trips out to Lucca highly recommended and the BBQ night was a real success.
