We felt super comfortable in Paul's house! Great house for 8 people as you have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. There are screens on all windows, which is very practical. Very great garden and terrace, everything very clean. The kitchen is totally well equipped, we didn't miss anything! Very quiet location, but the nearest town with supermarket is not far away. The swimming spot/sailboat is across the street, which did not bother us. We definitely want to come back 😊

Steffen was there from the beginning of the reservation acceptance, providing all the information and answering all our questions. The house was as advertised, check-in was very easy. Steffen s place is very good and complete for those who want to spend their days. Steffen gives all the support and responds very quickly, being very kind.

The house was the same as in the description. It was very clean. The hosts wrote to us a week before. And were quick to respond to questions. We have also received an exact description of how to get to the house. You got into the house and felt right at home. The kitchen is super equipped and it has everything you need. A delicious sweet surprise was also ready for us on the table. Irene and George are great hosts. We will definitely be back!

Great location and top service! We at Royal Deck had a fantastic stay at this beautiful location. The area is wonderfully quiet and private, while everything is easily accessible. What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get: a neat, clean and well-maintained place. Patricia is very nice in communication and actively thinks along to make the stay as pleasant as possible, for example with cleaning and other amenities. This makes it extra pleasant, especially for longer stays. We definitely recommend this location and will be happy to come back here!

The house feels pleasant and receiving. Just like the city center. With its historical significance for the Netherlands with Hoorn as the headquarters of VOC and WIC, I felt surrounded by history. From here, the capital flows went around the world. With sometimes a golden age as a result but also with centuries of grief. In this house around the corner from a beautiful harbor and downtown to love, you can feel that history. And that makes this place special.

Great placeto go in Summer. it is located in a beautiful village in Netherlands. Property is Big enough for even 4 adults. Supermarket is around 5 kms.

if you could give more than 5 stars, we would have done that. What a wonderful stay we had. Everything feels luxurious and wonderful to enjoy underfloor heating after a winter walk and a well-equipped kitchen and lovely bed. Everything is there and also very clean. The location is within walking distance of the Wadden Sea and by bike you are also in Franeker and Harlingen, beautiful historic places. Definitely recommended.

The place is very nice and is in a beautiful place, right on the water. The hosts are friendly, very helpful and quickly available for open questions! By bus you can reach Amsterdam in about 25 minutes. It was a very nice stay!

Maarten and Ilsa are great hosts. The communication beforehand was great and when we arrived we were surprised by the great house with the amazing view. It is really well equipped with air conditioners, ventilation systems, a fireplace and lots of little things that make the home very thoughtful and comfortable. I found it very easy to communicate with Nicolas for the accommodation and things to use, the rooms are very friendly as well as garden space with BBQ.

Lovely house set in the woods

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location right on the water was particularly nice, which is why we also took the opportunity to rent a boat.

Beautiful, cozy and spacious cottage, in a peaceful location. We have seen deer from the cottage, a few meters away! Everything we needed (e.g. in the kitchen) was present. The sauna and (especially) the hot tub were wonderful! Very friendly host, good communication. Everything was in tip top shape, nothing to criticize.
