Vacation rentals with a kayak in İstanbul

We really enjoyed the location. Very close to the cafes and restaurants but far enough for peace and quiet. And just up the hill from the Balat tram station for easy access although very walkable to the Helic (metro station) and Galata Bridges.

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

I booked before New Year holidays, the price was the best in this area and this time. I checked in without problems, the accommodation was quiet and private. Nothing bothered me during the stay. Convenient location, acceptable conditions

Ms. Arzu responded very quickly to our messages and helped us in every way. The house is the same as in the photo, very clean and comfortable. We were satisfied.

I stayed for 5 nights and it was great, host Arzu is a very active person and answers my questions right away, I would come back without any worries.

There was no hot water in the shower. The TV was broken. But it's fine for the price
