Beachfront vacation rentals in İstanbul

I highly recommend Guff's home to couples or anyone who wants to enjoy his vacation in Istanbul. Cozy and calm house, great neighborhood, easy access to stores, restaurants, shops, coffeehouses, bars,.. or any place you can think about. Guff and his lovely mom are so sweet and helpful, their hospitality is on other level. I will definitely go back each time i will be in Istanbul.

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

the place was exactly as mentioned and seen in the picture. The location is perfect as well, pretty much everyhting is at a walkable distance. Galata tower / bridge is like a 10 minutes walk. And the view from the window is spectacular.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was elegantly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. We had an amazing trip to Istanbul and Barbaros played a big role. On the first night we had dinner in his restaurant (had the best fish during my entire stay) and he took the time to annotate a map for our trip. His suggestions and experience were great and we made the most out of our quick trip thanks to him. It’s a great location and very close to the historic sites of Istanbul. Would recommend this for young people as the immediate area is quite hilly and the roads are unevenly paved.

Once again, everything went smoothly and well with this apartment, thanks to its great hosts and the uniqeness of the place.

Incredible apartment. It was way bigger than pictured and super spacious. The host was very accommodating of all our requests and was king enough to check in to make sure we’re happy. I will definitely stay here again.

I have rented several times from Furkan, alot of different apartments on different locations. All of them offer great value. Furkan the host and Emin the maintenance guy are very friendly and good people. I highly recommend.

The location of the house is very good, the interior is clean and the host responded to our questions as soon as possible.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Great place to stay, great location, heated floors. It's a little noisy from the light metro, but you get used to it quickly. Please note that the double bed is more than one and a half by Russian standards.
