Modern apartment in a secluded, quiet location with breathtaking views! Super convenient, only 5 min from the centre. Great host!

Probably my best airbnb experience I have ever had. Kyriakos is an amazing host, he received us from the port and drove us to the hotel directly. He clearly explained to us the city of Chora and how to get around from/to the hotel. The hosts were always there if something was needed. We rented ATVs and the host took care of the reservation for us and drove us to the ATV place. Best airbnb experience and totally recommend

Excellent position near Oie, almost private beach, heated pool, large terrace. The house is older but clean and spacious, daily care for both pool and indoor areas. Great communication with both host and staff. Thank you for letting us check out later and definitely recommend.

Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

We had a great stay with our baby. Yiannis is a great host and welcomed us directly at the harbour despite the ferry being late. He also gave us great recommendations for the region. If we were travelling to Ios again, we would book here again. Thank you for everything.

Sergio was very helpful and his place was lovely. Right in the centre of where the clubs are. Can be noisey as night as it is in the centre.

A unique stay right next to the clubs in the Center of the town, but still quiet at night. Was a perfect location and fresh at night. The room had everything you need inside, and Takis and Lina were extremely nice and helpful! Would recommend to anyone I know going to Ios to book this room.

we couldn’t be happier with our stay in ios!!! our hosts nick and nancy were superb, they picked us up from the port and drove us to our accomodation. when we got to the property, they really took their time to walk us through it and give us local recommendations, and were so responsive and attentive throughout our whole trip, they even booked a taxi for us one day and drove us back to the port on our last day!!! the property itself was simply immaculate. it was so spacious, clean and had plenty of natural lighting, and a massive outdoor area which was perfect to chill and enjoy the stunning views surrounding the property. plenty of amenities, and amazing value for money. the location was also walking distance from the port and chora - we couldn’t have asked for more, thank you nick and nancy 💗💗

We loved the location, in the alley amongst the locals with restaurants, bakeries and shops around every corner. It was such a unique experience and if ever back in Ios we would love to stay there again!

The house has a stunning view and fully fully equipped. From the towels to bathroom materials and from the projector to the wine cooler every detail is well-thought and elegant. Katerina was very helpful and responsive; and Maria was very nice to us. I strongly suggest this house everybody who wants to enjoy Ios to the fullest.

Eva and Nick are one of the bests hosts we have had in 14 years of using AirBnB. The house is beautiful, magnificent views, walking distance to the beach and Chora. The bus is a few minutes away and the driver drops you at the house once you ride it once. Everything is provided and the swimming pool and private large patio are fantastic. We loved this Island (third trip to Greece since 1990). Eva and Nick also took us to Homers Tomb and a tour of the island. Highly recommend for couples and families. Thank you for providing such a memorable stay.

Amazing host very accommodating helped with everything we asked for and we asked for a lot. locations is great less than a minute walk to the main area with bars. Loved my stay here will definitely rebook when I visit in the future.
