Vacation rentals with beach access in Ios

We booked George’s place last minute and boy are we glad we did!! The best air BnB we’ve stayed at! The house is beautiful and in a great location. George was extremely hospitable and we have never been so well looked after! He gave us some great recommendations and helped us get around the island as well. Staying here was definitely a highlight of our trip. We hope to come back one day.

Please trust us and stay in this lovely new and clean home. It has everything a home needs to make you have a great vacation. All new and spotless. The hosts of Epaminondas and his parents will make you feel like home. Great and kind people ready to help you with anything you need. Thank you so much for everything. Great value and location. Between Port and the main village. Easy walk to both up some nice stairs. Peaceful location and nice cool breeze on the balcony.

We’d really like to keep Ioanna’s place a secret it’s so good!! However that’s not fair. Everything about the apartment was wonderful, spotlessly clean, great little kitchen, comfortable bed but the crowning glory a view to die for. If that’s not enough the hosts Ioanna and Michalis are the loveliest people. Both from IOS they are truly experts on the island and provided such useful information on eating out, shopping, beaches and walks. But shhhh don’t tell anyone else about Heliopetra or they’ll all want to go there!!

We loved our stay. The pool area and views from it and our balcony area really were beautiful, over a dramatic crevice/valley and out to the Aegean Sea.. Given that we stayed at the end of the season there were very few people, so we often felt like it was all ours. The rooms are small but well designed with a good area for cases and a hanging rail. The pillows and bed were the most comfortable we’ve experienced across our stay of 10 days in Greece. I don’t know why the beds are so hard in Greece. We had a verandah with table and chairs and this really opened up our space, great views too. The bathroom was also compact, but brand new and very nicely put together. The pool bar made great coffee and a seriously good chicken burger with potato wedges. The greeting and pick up at the port by Marisha (not sure I have the spelling right) was warm and friendly. We asked for a kettle etc as the room did not have one and nothing was too much trouble. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Everything is as described, the Selene flat is a bright, airy, roomy and flexible space. It accommodated very comfortably our family of four adults but it also could work for families with four children. It is decorated tastefully and is fully equipped with everything you need. (But bring your own shampoo and conditioner as only soap is provided.) Air con works perfectly and there is a very good washing machine. The hosts are a lovely, welcoming couple who live in a separate flat on the premises and tended to our needs or special requests immediately and helpfully. The gentleman kindly picked us up from and dropped us off the port in his vehicle. We could not really ask for more from this comfortable accommodation. Thank you Sylvie and Georges!

Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

The Villa is beautiful with lots of space. Very convenient to everything on the island. Host is great and would highly recommend if you’re looking for some privacy!

The place is exactly as pictured: tasteful, charming and quiet, at the western end of Oia. The terrace and hot tub are more private than in the vast majority of homes in Oia, so it's perfect. Breakfast à la carte is brought every morning. Transfers to the airport or port are organized on request, for €40 and we take care of your luggage to your apartment, on the stairs of Oia, it's perfect!! I would highly recommend this place to make the most of your stay in Oia.

We indulged in a rejuvenating jacuzzi experience and reveled in the charm of a beautifully appointed villa, complete with delightful welcome snacks that made us feel right at home. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, always ready to assist with our luggage and providing support for every need we had throughout our stay. Their attentive service truly enhanced our experience, making it unforgettable.

This home is a gem. We had the best stay here, the memory of which will last for a very long time. The location is perfect, the small private beach suited our family needs 100% and the easy access to the chora and port made it a fun stay for all. There are quite a few steps to get to the house, so only for those without mobility issues. But if the whole family is mobile, this is the place to be. We are very thankful for our stay and how well we were accommodated considering the size of our group. The style of the house and the art made it even more memorable. This is a home to return to!

The flat is nice, very well located, on the port, with sea view on the big terrasse! We liked it a lot! And our host guided us from the boat to the flat and was very nice and helpful.

Clean and functional accommodation with a beautiful view of Agiassos beach (sunset at home!). The studio is better in real life than in the photos. George welcomed us warmly and gave us valuable tips and addresses in Naxos. We followed them to the letter and had a fabulous time on this island. Thanks George!

The location is perfect, right off the ferry. Room as described, view from the terrace is amazing. Great location for both town or steps from water taxi to beaches and Kato island. Would highly recommend and will be back. Great host.

Beautiful three night stay at Apanomeria Boutique Residence with Soritis end of October 2024. Fantastic communication with Soritis, helpful information appreciated throughout our vacation, journey! Lovely surroundings, warm spa Pool and hot shower. Lovely clean homely Apartment. Plentiful places to sit and relax. Walking distance to Sunset, restaurants and bars. We hired a ATV and drove to beaches on other side of Santorini. Beautiful bakeries across the island! The location of the apartment is beautiful, with sea views and a beach within walking distance below the small road. The beach is quiet and beautiful. The apartment is fully renovated, nice, pleasant, well-equipped and comfortable with a beautiful airy terrace for eating. We loved the calm, the beauty of the place, the authentic aspect of the village, where you can eat very well. Argyris always responded promptly to our questions. We rented a small motorbike from Maria to get around, which is recommended because the island is all slopes and small roads. It was easy and enjoyable. Arrange a taxi to take you from the boat to the property on arrival. We dream of returning to this house!

We spent 3 nights here! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was nice and clean, and basic. Lovely location too, close to the beach/bars/restaurants and so easy to get the bus into town and the port.
