Monthly Rentals in International Financial Services Centre

Kevin was very responsive and helped us settle in right away—even helping with the bags! The place is exactly like the pictures and very conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. The kitchen was stocked and the apartment was clean.

I stayed at Clark's for a little over a month and it was absolutely spectacular. he was flexible with check in and check out. Very quick to respond when I had any questions. The apartment itself is exactly as it is listed and true to the photos. It's a great place and has adequate space for a guest as the living room sofa converts to a bed. The location of the apartment makes it easy to get around as you are in the middle of town and can get many different forms of transport as well as having all the shops you may possibly need at your doorstep!

Fast and easy checkin/checkout. The place is tidy and clean. Tram is right infront of the building if you arent driving. Also restaurants are walkable. Price was a good deal for it’s location.

Communication was clear and very helpful especially the pictures for check in. Place was welcoming with cute homy touches while also being very clean. Walking distance from amenities, good food, and entertainment. Also has a car parking lot (paid) really close by. I was staying there to study and take my licencing exam as well as explore the city while there. This apartment was perfect for both.
