Great location and the Luas tram stop was right in front of the residence!!!! Kevin is a fantastic host and extremely easy to work with!!! I absolutely recommend staying at one of his apartments!!!!!!

I had a fantastic 4-week stay at this studio. The location is excellent—right on the docks, with great coffee shops and scenic walks nearby. The living area is relatively spacious, featuring a large, comfortable couch and a TV, making it a great space to relax in the evenings. The gated apartment complex provided an extra sense of security, and I felt safe at all times. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils, and the hosts thoughtfully provided essentials like cooking oil, kitchen roll, and cleaning supplies, which was a really nice touch. The internet was reliable throughout my stay, which was important for both work and leisure. Overall, this studio was perfect for a long-term stay, and I would highly recommend it!
