Family-friendly vacation rentals in Innsbruck-Land District

This apartment was beautiful with an amazing view, incredibly clean and neat, house was always warm. It was near a ski slope located in seefeld. The airbnb’s location is ideal for anyone who enjoys hiking or climbing since its located near some amazing paths which are accessible even in the winter but prepare well for the snow. Overall great experience and great stay would definitely visit again!!!

We (family with child) can only recommend the accommodation. Very accommodating host, clean and very pleasantly furnished apartment and good location. We felt more than comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a great time in Telfs with a lot of exercise and afterwards wonderful relaxation in the sauna and a quiet environment. The coffee from the Nespresso machine is very tasty, as is the products from Martha 's farm shop, which you can buy 24/7. Thomas was easily contactable at all times and also asked on his own if everything was right. In general, the communication was always very friendly. We will be happy to come back.

We spent a winter week in December in the cozy apartment in the mountains. The view was great and there were some beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The sauna and pool were perfect for warming up in the evening. Also, a well equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, however, the shower door and ventilation would have to be repaired. Overall, however, they were very satisfied.

The place was amazing! We had a blast (cross country skiing, sledding and ice staking) with three kids ages 4-11. Lots of space. And so well decorated.

Lovely place and facility. I will be definitely returning!!! Meets exactly my preferences - located in quiet area, spectacular view from balcony, simple wellnes included, stylish restaurant nereby - it has everything.

We spent a week here with my family while we explored and hiked in the area. The chalet is perfect for a large family. The terrace is exceptional! The views! We will definitely be coming back again.

We spent our Christmas days in Ruth‘s Appartment and we had the best time! Ruth is such a great host, very helpful, friendly and responsive. She even prepared a Christmas tree with beautiful local decorations for us 🎄 The flat is spacious and very comfortable with modern amenities. Overall just a perfect stay!

Our family of four had a great time in Soellden and were very comfortable and happy in Anna Katharina’s lovely place. The location is perfect for skiing in Soellden, and a short drive to Hochgurgl/ Obergurgl where we skied. The place was homey and very clean!

This farmhouse is fascinating. When you walk in, you feel like you're in a museum and at the same time at home. It offers the opportunity to be close to each other in a large group and you still have enough space to retreat. What delighted me, each room has its own bathroom with shower and there is a bathtub in the house. The house is very family friendly and the hosts are really extremely eager to make the stay as relaxed as possible. The surroundings are beautiful and there are many alpine huts that are easy to reach. Hiking trails have something for everyone in the area. The house has direct access to the street which makes it very easily accessible. The road is not very busy and you can relax in front of the house watching the mountains in the sunlight/fog or snow. It is really recommended to spend a few days here.

David is a great host. Check-in went smoothly even though we didn't arrive until around 10 pm. David lives 5 minutes from the accommodation and was able to drop off an iron at short notice, which we needed. The Super Card that David issued is awesome, as we were able to access the Stubai Glaciers and also tobogganing for free. Other other activities are also included in the maps. I recommend everyone to deal with the Super Card and the advantages beforehand, as I had unfortunately only learned about this on site from David. The accommodation is as described and these have been the coziest mattresses so far where everyone slept very well. You have to be friends with the fact that the bathrooms and toilets have no keys. Since we barely stayed at the property, we hid this. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and a bakery is also just a 2 minute walk.

Staying with Sonja was great! The accommodation has everything you could need. Sonja was very helpful and open to a nice conversation! The older charm of the decor made it very cozy. Sonja gave us tips for hiking and also the communication worked wonderfully and smoothly both via Air B&B and later. Innsbruck can be reached by car within 15 minutes. The view will take a very nice view!

Back to basics in a beautiful and peaceful location.

This place was perfect for our group of 8! The house is very spacious with a nice garden and the location is great for getting to Innsbruck by bus.

A very friendly and quaint home that shows exactly what the space looks like. Federica was incredibly friendly and always available. An absolute dream is the balcony.

A sunny small apartment with overcomplete equipment on the outskirts of Seefeld about a 15-minute walk to the center, ski bus right in front of the house. Very clean, very nice communication, everything worked out great. Brigitte is a courteous, friendly hostess. Glad to come back!

House with a garden and space for 2 cars, everything as described. I recommend it for a weekend as a base.

The apartment was cozy and relatively small, perfectly fine for two people. The location is great, within walking distance to the village center. A good Chinese restaurant is just around the corner, and the Rösshütte is right behind the house. The space was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped. The host was very responsive and always helpful, answering all our questions quickly. We truly appreciated the easy communication and support throughout our stay. The internet was a bit slow – fine for social media but not quite enough for work meetings. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. We would definitely consider coming back in the future!

We had a very pleasant stay in this house. It was comfortable and well-equipped, perfectly meeting our needs. The location was good! One negative note: the price for parking in the garage listed in the ad was 10 euros per day, but we were charged 15 euros per day. This aspect was not clear from the start and took us by surprise. Overall, the stay was positive and I would recommend this house, but I would suggest confirming any additional costs in advance.

Very confortable apartment for our 4 persons family, with a nice garden where we ate the breakfast everyday ! We appreciated a lot its location in Telfes, a quiet and nice little village. From there it was easy to go hiking from to the different moutains in the Stubai valley (the Stubai card included in the stay is a great plus). There is also a tram/train just 5 min from there to go to Innsbruck. A great outdoor+inddor aquatic park is also few minutes away by walk ! A small grocery shop is also 3 minutes away.

You can't move the mountains with the great views all around when you are in Innsbruck, right? However you can run a family hotel and make the guests happy, when they decide to stay at your premises. Apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and with those great views from our private balcony. We also enjoyed the cost free gym and sauna visit which was only a few driving minutes away, as well as free parking. Hope to stay there again
