We immediately felt welcome at Sabine's farm. She gave us many tips for the area directly upon arrival and showed us the apartment. A fire in the stove was already prepared so we could arrive and relax right away. Communication was always possible without problems and the sauna, as well as the massage, were the icing on the cake during our stay. If we need a few days off from everyday life again, we would come back any time!

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

We stayed at Lilly and Rolf’s place together with our friends and kids and had a wonderful stay. They were very kind in letting us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with seasonal drinks and given great recommendations. Their place is a short walk to the subway and the accommodation is really comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Everything worked out great and there was nothing to complain about. If it turns out again, we'll be happy to come back.

The Vilstalhütte is simply fantastic – perfect for unwinding and re-energizing. The location is beautiful and the cabin is well equipped, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. You can tell right away: It was planned with heart here. Nic is super friendly, helpful and makes you feel completely comfortable. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a special getaway!

There were four of us and we had booked the place for a workation. Also great to reach by public transport. The apartment is very nicely decorated and really has everything you need. The pool and cozy outdoor area are the highlight. Thomas was always easy to reach and had helpful tips for us! We will be happy to come back. (:

Sabeeka and her husband made us extremely welcome and helped out enormously by driving us to and from a lakeside restaurant as well as to and from the train station. Even helped out by buying us supplies for breakfast.

the huge very well equipped house is secluded in an industrial area. There is everything you need. The barbecue area with pool is super equipped. In addition, a large garden is available. The way to Regensburg into town is also possible by public transport, although not very often. the host was very quick to respond to questions and was very friendly. those who need peace and quiet will get their money's worth here.

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

The property is only recommended for the catchment area of Messe München. Lots of bedrooms, furnished kitchen and large bathroom. Parking is also available directly in front of the door! Would book again anytime if needed

Very nice. The housekeeper arranged the room for us before we checked in and waited to welcome us. We also patiently reminded us because of the airport strike. Very good accommodation experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartments were lovely and the staff were so friendly. The cafe was delicious… some of the best food we had while in Germany. We loved the village and the sense of community that was apparent!

we had a wonderful stay at the home of Claudia & Astrid! Everything was perfect. We arrived by train and were met at the station to ensure we find our way which was a very nice surprise. We were there for a show at the Messe and using the busses and trains was very easy to use and not have to be concerned about parking. The home is very nice, clean, and comfortable. We slept well on the comfortable beds, had all the amenities we needed, and enjoyed the space. Claudia recommended an Italian restaurant just a short walk away and it was lovely! We hope to return next year and highly recommend to others.

Our stay at Dagmar's was very pleasant. She is a friendly and warm-hearted hostess, with whom we felt comfortable from the start. Before our arrival, I had a question that Dagmar answered quickly. The apartment is located in a quiet area with good public transport connections, so you can easily reach the city center. We will be happy to come back.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

This property is such a hidden gem – very tranquil and quaint with beautiful surroundings and stunning vistas in the countryside. The home is exactly as it is pictured, and is well apportioned with everything you need and only a short drive to nearby villages and shops. Richard & Monika are excellent hosts that are not only incredibly responsive, but go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and assist with any other needs that may arise. We stayed with Stefanie on the way through. She was a great host and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The place matches the pictures and was completely sufficient for the night. Children definitely have fun here.

Recently stayed at this Viletta and it was a great experience. The Villetta is very well equipped with almost everything you'll need during the stay. Also Richard provides awesome welcome gifts and a few beverages for you to enjoy. The location is also close to the train and a local bakery. Both are walkable. Everything went great for our Christmas celebration. No issues during our stay. There were also games and phone chargers convenient in the living area. The kitchen is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Achim and Elena’s beautiful home in Eching, Munich—not just once, but twice during our trip! We loved the property so much that we stayed from December 17-23 and returned again from January 6-11. Both Achim and his wife Elena were fantastic hosts. Elena greeted us during our first stay, which made us feel very welcomed right from the start. During our second stay, their thoughtfulness truly stood out—they graciously left meat in the fridge for us, knowing it was a holiday in Munich and supermarkets would be closed. This kind gesture went above and beyond and made us feel very cared for. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would love to stay here again during a future visit to Munich!
