Monthly Rentals in Indianapolis

This studio is ideal for anyone looking for a quiet space close to all Indy has to offer. It was easy to get to, the off street parking was convenient, and the home is exactly like the listing. Eric was super responsive and an excellent host! For anyone wondering about accessibility, it's all one level with a slight step up into the home, however we easily managed with two manual wheelchair users and had an amazing experience!

I had a great month stay at Thyago's! The space was just as described in the pictures and it was super clean and organized. There is street parking next to the entry way and I never had a problem with anyone else parking there. There is a locked gate and then stairs that go down to the basement space.. very easy keyless access. There was an unforeseen plumbing issue, but Thyago was quick to respond and resolved the issue right away. Excellent communication and recommendations. The area is close to everything downtown and I felt very safe. There is a very small washer/dryer... so can only do a few items at a time, just fyi. You can hear sounds from upstairs from the living room... but it never bothered me and the sound was never too late or too early. The bedroom is overall very quiet. I would definitely stay again if I return to Indianapolis!

Aarons place is exactly like the photos. He went over and beyond with the amenities. The house has everything you need to cook with, eat with, bathe with……. And the list goes on and on…………. I would recommend this place to everyone! Aarons place is Awesome👍🏾
