Friendly and responsive host. Magnificent view of the Iloilo river and City center.

We stayed for 3 weeks. Appartment is large and equiped with everything you need. Netflix, tv, wifi, kitchen,... Short walk to supermarket and mall. Many restaurants and bars on other side of the river. You can have walk along riverside or take taxi aprox 60php. Apartment is in quiet area but close to everything. Host were very helpful and I strongly recommend this place.

We had such a great time! The airport-to-villa transfer was super easy – they took care of everything, from the van ride to the boat trip. It was hassle-free. They arranged a land tour of Guimaras Island for us, and we loved exploring. The island hopping was definitely the highlight – so much fun! The villa is exactly like the photos – peaceful, with an amazing view that I couldn’t get enough of. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and my daughter loved it. She even said she didn’t want to leave – it really felt like home. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. We could cook our meals, but if we didn’t feel like it, they were happy to prepare food for us. Everything was so comfortable. Oh, and they made my birthday extra special! They surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday. so sweet and thoughtful :) The view was our favorite part – surrounded by islands and the sea, it was worth every penny. Thank you sooo much Team La Roca!! Can't wait to go back! ❤️

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect! The property is breathtaking—spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. The pool and outdoor area were highlights, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. Inside, the villa was equipped with all the amenities we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The Cecilia was an amazing host.And the caretaker Ate Vangie was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to return!

Between Mike and Ma Luisa we had a very respectful and responsive host… any questions or concerns were answered very promptly… the house is absolutely beautiful and exclusive… will hopefully be able to stay here again in the future

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

TM's is a spectacular host. She's responsive and always ready to help, there were no issues when we had sudden changes with our reservation dates due to uncontrollable factos yet she understood and was very flexible. The place is also great, it's near landmark schools, fastfood chains, and malls. We particularly chose this place because it's near the hospital where my aunt is scheduled to have her medical procedure thus it's location was perfect for us. If you're looking for a place that's near practically everywhere in Iloilo City, TM's place is the way to go. We're very grateful to have found a place that's comfortable with such an incredible host like TM. Definitely a great stay.

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

The place is very cozy, clean, convenient, and accessible to various establishments in the heart of Iloilo. Rhea Mae is also very prompt in responding to messages. I will book this place whenever I return to Iloilo.

The condo is clean and aesthetically pleasing, providing a spacious environment for four people with its two rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, and there's even a washing machine available, which was very convenient. Toiletries were also provided, adding to the comfort of our stay. The overall ambiance was very relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. However, we did encounter an issue with the Wi-Fi, as it wasn't set up before our arrival. We just end up using our own data. It would be great if the hosts could ensure the pocket Wi-Fi is ready for use when guests check in. Despite this minor inconvenience, our stay was very nice and comfortable. We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay.

Everything was perfect. Very hassle free and they responded right away regarding our concerns. Worth the money because everything was close by! Would surely stay here again ☺️

The room looks nice and cozy my expectation was also reached, and the host was accommodating even though there was only a small misunderstanding, but I will rate it 10/10, and I recommend it.
