It was such a lovely and relaxing stay --we are torn between exploring tbe city and just staying inside because it is THAT cozy. Truly a home away from home. The first time I inquired and messaged Ms. Fatima, I just know that this will be a memorable and one of the best bnbs that we stayed at. Kudos to the host for being patient with my inquiries and generous with our request-- really appreciate it! :) Essential kitchen amenities are useful as well as the pail and dipper in the bathroom! Haha, that really nailed it..we might have experienced slow internet at times but that did not spoil our stay. Can't wait to be back and thank you so much again!

Place is clean and host is very responsive. The room design is very asthetic. Drinking water is free and may mga seasonings na din sa kitchen. And its really spacious.

The host is very friendly and responses promptly to our inquiries. The location is in Atria so there are lots of places to try the local cuisine, and the guards in the building are accomodating as well. Highly recommended place, it is worth the price!

The host is very nice considering that my mom broke the induction cooker. Also, the place is near SM City, Molo Mansion and Festive Mall. You can either ride an e-jeep or tricycle or just walk if you are fund of walking. The care taker is also accommodating and only 1 call away if you have concerns. Overall, it’s a great place in ilo ilo with a nice view and very affordable price.

My husband and I stayed for a few days in January. The condo is at the end of the south side. It is spacious, clean and provided a restful place. Reception & security guards at the door at The Palladium were very helpful 24/7. It is walking distance to Festive Walk and we felt safe walking about day or night.

The unit is clean and provided with balcony..perfect for guests who smoke. Host is very responsive and accomodating..the only thing i was disappointed was my daughter wasnt able to swim in the pool coz its under repair and we werent able to sleep well at night coz the videoke sound from outside gets into the room very loudly..but still we enjoyed our stay..will definitely book this place again! Thank you!

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

I booked rowena's place for my sister and her friends. They had an event at ICC which is near her unit. I forgot to inform her about visitors but she was quick to respond to our queries and it was solved in a jiffy! Her place matched the photos, it's so cozy as well. They loved the aircon a lot kasi mabilis lang lumamig yung room. Will book again for sure! 💗

We had a great stay, the place was complete with all the amenities you need and spotless clean. Great for family bookings and would recommend this if you are staying longer in Iloilo City. Accessible and there’s 7/11 right outside. Lastly, host Mary was very responsive and proactive making sure we are settled.

The room looks nice and cozy my expectation was also reached, and the host was accommodating even though there was only a small misunderstanding, but I will rate it 10/10, and I recommend it.

Clean, friendly host and near Molo and Mandurriao.

Stayed for two nights, place was really clean and well equipped. The provisions given were amongst the most generous a host could be here in Airbnb. I was also granted free parking access for my motorcycle which is rare. I liked the separation from the living area and the bedroom and I loved that BOTH spaces have their own TV and AIR-CONDITIONING. Great location in the heart of the city, good internet connection and extremely nice place to stay at. 10/10

The host was very responsive. The unit was wide and spacious which I really liked. My boyfriend and I enjoyed cooking at the kitchenette. It was also good that they have a laundry machine. I will definitely book here again the next time I come home to the Iloilo.

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

The Masters Bedroom upstairs has huge glass windows the room feels hot due to radiation from the sun. We initially requested for an extra fan the to be more comfortable but was denied by the owner. She suggested to use the fan in the living room instead. We followed her advice. However, the living/dining area on the ground floor cannot be left without the fan. We kept the front and back doors open but there was poor ventilation. I think it would be beneficial if there was a ceiling fan or another extra fan. At one point we forgot our keys and got locked out and they were responsive and helped us out. Over all it was a great stay.

The best whole house airbnb that I have rented so far! 💯 From inquiry until checkout, David and Jon are very responsive and helpful. We originally planned to extend for another 6hrs and they even offered to close bookings for the next day. We appreciate it. The self check in and checkout were also easier for us. As well as the flexible time. Everything you need is in the house, you can also order Grabfood here. The house was pristine, very beautiful and well kept. The linens, towels and bathrooms are clean! Will definitely recommend!! 💯💯💯 What a rare and great find. Thank you David & Jon.

Definitely worth every penny! We stayed in Bacolod for 5 days but we ended up lounging at the Airbnb more as the place was very nice and clean, we really enjoyed our stay there. Host was very nice, responsive, and accommodating, I highly recommend their place! Will definitely be our first option if ever we visit Bacolod again. :) Thank you!
