Monthly Rentals in Île Saint-Louis

Spectacular location right on the Seine. Latin quarter one side and the Marais on the other side. Views of landmarks and a beautiful island with great restaurants. Apartment was as described, clean and cozy. Neil was a welcoming and kind host. He met us at the apartment, helped with our luggage and explained the details. Perfect for single visitor or couple. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was my first AirBnB rental ever! I did not know what to expect renting in a foreign country, but Olivier exceeded all expectations. He was responsive, kind, warm, and welcoming. He also responded the few times I had immediate questions or issues that arose. I felt right at home at this place, as he had everything someone would need. I was there for 2 months and met several locals in the area, as well as felt extremely safe as a solo female traveler. This place has more amenities than most of the properties you see on AirBnB and the price matches the value. For one, it has all of the appliances you would need to cook, air conditioning--which is huge for me, abundant linens, a hot shower with great pressure. All in a recently renovated space. Olivier's place is very 5 star quality and in a charming and quiet neighborhood, central to all of Paris. I loved walking all of the bridges across the Seine. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the comforts of a nice hotel feel.

This apartment is the perfect place to stay for a week in Paris! The island has everything you need for convenience: restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping, etc. By just crossing a bridge you find yourself at the foot of Notre Dame or in the Latin Quarter. The metro is about a 10 minute walk. Thank you to Dante too for giving us all the ins and outs. We appreciate all the information you gave us. Also for letting us get in early. Thank you so much!

David is super responsive. When the shower stopped draining, he sent a plumber within two hours and on a Sunday morning. Neighborhood is gorgeous and there is a small grocery, fruit and veggie store, bakery, and butcher just steps away. Apartment is nicely decorated and has all the basics one needs to cook. We stayed for two months, and we’ll be back. Note that the mattress in the bedroom is soft. If you prefer a hard one, the fold out couch works well.
