Natalie has created a little jewel with this property! It's a small space but she's used every nook and cranny cleverly so that you have everything you need. It's so kind of her to provide the basics (bread, milk, OJ, tea, coffee etc as well as shampoo and body wash) so that you don't need to pack a lot, or arrive and realise you haven't got breakfast! She also left us homemade shortbread and dog treats as a welcome. As it's December, Natalie kindly put a few Christmas decorations around so that the place was cosy and twinkly 🥰 You're ideally situated for all kinds of activities, from town visits to country walks, and you can eat really well without travelling far. Just one thing to bear in mind: if you're bringing a dog/dogs, the enclosed garden is delightful but not secure for escape artists like our two hounds 😂 Natalie responds quickly to enquiries and requests and is a very considerate hostess. We would stay again at the drop of a hat! Thank you, Natalie!

A lovely little private space, well maintained and lots of thoughtful details. it is tucked away but we were given really clear instructions and found it without any issues. we arrived late so Janet even left lights on yo guide our way. A perfect little spot, just what we needed!

Cate was so friendly and helpful, greeting us on arrival and offering us local recommendations. Cate was a pleasure to deal with, we’d definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a lovely few days stay at the Annexe. Elaine was very helpful beforehand, giving us ideas on local places to visit. The annexe had everything we wanted for our stay and the welcome treats were an added bonus! The surroundings are beautiful (even in the wind and rain) - we loved seeing the cockerel and hens wandering around the garden and hearing the horses go by. We visited nearby Petworth Park and had a walk around the deer park which was the highlight of our trip. We’d love to come back when the weather is warmer and sunnier and see it in all its glory!
