I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kjartan’s listing! He has been extremely responsive and helpful. He gave great advice for me during my stay and great things to do around the area. Parking was always available, home was easy to find and as described. Book here, it’s worth every penny.

Sublime location almost on the water at the edge of a narrow fjord. Three beautiful bedrooms, and all the necessary equipment for a road trip stop in Iceland.

Fantastic home! It was cozy and quiet with great natural light and a beautiful balcony while being a 10 minute walk from downtown. The home and host made you feel immediately at home! I would highly recommend.

Andri was a great host and the apartment is in such a perfect location, in walking distance to anything worth doing within Reykjavik. We arrived early in the morning and he very kindly allowed us to check in early. The instructions for getting in and accessing the parking garage were very easy to follow as well The apartment itself was the perfect accomodation for our week stay in the city as well. Super clean and the location was ideal!

I can’t say enough about how great this place and host is. Excellent central location -close to bus stops, tour pick up points, restaurants, attractions and supermarket. Very tastefully decorated and stocked - modern yet warm and cosy. Heated bathroom floors are nice. (Side note - If you are sensitive to noise it’s not for you - this is a central area and has foot traffic as such.) Most importantly - Thora was an amazing and responsive host. I hurt myself and she had sourced and delivered crutches for me with 25 minutes on a Saturday night! She was very helpful with other information needed. Highly recommended for your stay.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The space was roomy but cozy, in a great location, and exactly what we needed. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super helpful throughout our stay. Great views and is a short walk to main attractions. Highly recommend

Siggi was very friendly and helpful for our trip. The car he provided was very useful and reliable. The place was quite, clean, and warm just like home.

We loved staying at Haukur's place - it was walkable to a ton of restaurants and attractions in downtown Reykjavík, but still quiet in the evenings. Check-in was very easy. Parking was also pretty easy. We used the Parka app and parked one block away from Haukur's apartment (parking in front of the apt is zone 1, but if you park one block up it's zone 2 and half the price). Overall, great location and experience. We would definitely stay here again!

A cute, quirky and eclectic apartment a short drive from downtown (1hr walk but it was raining so we didn't). The plants made a nice touch and the 4th floor views were nice! Although I hadn't considered having to carry our suitcases up all the stairs at the time of booking it wasn't too bad as each floor has a double zigzag with decent platform to rest if needs be. Was a little apprehensive the first night that the windows did not fully shut due to the outside temperature and winds but it left the perfect amount of ventilation for how warm & cozy it got! It was like a home away from home for us with the mid-century decor as we also have a turquoise bath. We could really see and appreciate the care taken over the years to maintain the apartment. Svavar was very helpful and accommodating and easily reachable with recommendations and check-in. Thank you.

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. Even though we were not able to go whale watching we saw many light houses , gorges, beaches, and lava fields. This host was so kind and the accommodations were perfect!

Perfect place by the sea. Peaceful clean and inviting. Private parking in the back was great. Excellent host.

Oh we absolutely loved this darling little place. Very cozy especially in winter. Felt like our own little cozy cave. Very walkable to groceries, restaurants, so close to airport and Blue Lagoon. Highly recommend for a visit to SW peninsula of Iceland.

Best Airbnb we stayed at in Iceland by far. Fantastic place and location! Really close to 10+ restaurants (several right across the street) and things to do. Very clean and spacious with nice views of harbor and mountains. Had a large shower (I only mention this because in other Airbnbs we stayed at in Iceland, the showers were so small that you could barely turn around in them). Host was responsive and helpful.

It is a cozy, warm, comfortable, and convenient apartment—perfect for our family of four. It was really nice to be able to relax and cook some easy dinners in this apartment after our long days exploring the areas around Reykjavik. Clean apartment with character. It’s a nice place to relax and it’s in a walking distance from the center and close to Bus Stop 1 that many tours have as a pickup point.

Jolanta is a wonderful host! She was very proactive and greeted us upon arrival. The studio was well-equipped with everything we could ever need and it was neat and clean. Would definitely stay here again whenever I come back.

Lovely place if you are looking for some peace and quiet. It’s also a good location to see the Northern Lights - they were right above us!

The best host we've had during our stay in Iceland, super attentive and pleasant. We were only going to stay one night but we got caught in a snowstorm and she allowed us to stay an extra night completely free. The morning after the storm, they came to clear the road with the tractor and helped us get the car out. We couldn't be more grateful for the treatment we received.

This was our last stop in Iceland and it did not disappoint. It was one of the most beautiful Air BnB’s I had ever stayed in with luxury at every turn. The soaking hot tub had been prepared for our arrival and sits right on the water. We had wine, soaked and watched the magical sunset over the majestic mountains. The home is equipped with everything you can possibly imagine, including high end kitchen with coffee maker, a stunning shower with robes, washer/dryer and wine in a cooler offered for a fee. The beds were so comfortable, we didn’t want to get up. Although a bit pricier than our other stays, the place was a 5 star villa and well worth the splurge. Highly recommend for the beginning or end of your Iceland adventure. It’s was AMAZING!!!

Enjoyed our time in Vogar, Matti was friendly and helpful. Location is very peaceful but requires a car. Celebrating a New Year there was a great!
