Great stay and Jack and Becca’s little cottage. Perfectly situated in a wonder location, train station and pub just a short walk away with great food. The cottage itself is cozy and has everything you need after a day in the hills or simply to put the fire on and open a bottle of wine. We will be back!

What a fantastic location! Walking distance to Runswick Bay and great routes along the Cleveland Way. There is a black folder with walking suggestions, we decided to do a circular walk from Hinderwell, through to Port Musgrave and into Runswick Bay. Just under 4 miles with a 5yr old and it was just breathtaking. Peaceful, quiet and a beautiful place to stay. The house itself was exactly as described, clean and spacious. Jamie was very responsive and a great host. Felt very comfortable staying here and reaching out with questions. Just beautiful.

Ideal place for a quiet getaway, a fantastic little place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Cake Store has everything you need and is very quiet even though you are next to a road you could count the number of cars going by on one hand. Very enjoyable stay, thank you Ally.👍
