This property is a gem of a find should you be looking for a peaceful stay with a touch of redwoods at your doorstep. The hot tub in property is the most perfect addition. Comfortable beds, tons of room, easily could sleep 6 people. Plenty of lounge space. We came during late September, so can’t speak to how comfortable it would be when in the winter months. Not much at all that I would add to improve this place.

Very peaceful area nice and quiet and walking distance to the river. Lisa was available and very helpful with local information. We will be returning !!

Went here in January and had the greatest time. The views are insane, the pictures on the site do more than live up to what is shown. The owners have built something amazing in a very special place. Bring a camera. It certainly gets cold but the water for showers/tub was hot, there is a heater in the cabin, and wood is available for purchase. Dress warm in the winter! Thank you to the hosts, they were extremely helpful and responded to messages within minutes. They also recommended places to check out nearby, and they have an organized binder that describes all local attractions. The entire place was beautiful, and the supplies provided let us comfortably enjoy ourselves even having forgotten our own supplies.

For anyone looking for a truly beautiful, unique environment away from the maddening crowd this place is a must. There are no words - the craftsmanship, the views - it is absolutely one of a kind. We found it so relaxing we stayed an extra night. The drive to the Lost Coast and Petrolia is stunning and best of all Daisy just might be the perfect host. It's a steep climb to the top of the ridge where the "tower" is located but it's well worth the hike. We intend to make this a yearly pilgrimage. It's by far the nicest place we have ever stayed.

This one bedroom apartment was perfect for my needs. My trip was to photograph the avenue of giants. After a day of hiking and picture taking I thought the hot tub would be perfect. It was. What really blew me away was the shower. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was delightful. The shower was the star of the show. One additional point. I goofed selecting the dates for my stay. Alden was fantastic helping me correct the error. A public thank you to Alden for his assistance.

Once again, Patty's Place did not disappoint! Wonderful weekend stay with the family in a beautiful location and extremely well kept house. Everything you need is there! Patty is a fabulous communicator! 10/10!!!

The Hexagon was such an amazing experience! The view was gorgeous, the decor was cute, and it was a prime location to visit all the local site! We can't wait to come back and stay again sometime soon.

This place was so special and exceeded my expectations! The host was very nice and provided a contact person, Monica, who made sure we had everything we needed. The locals are friendly and were happy to provide additional suggestions on where to chill along the river and places to eat/drink. The Bigfoot Steakhouse and Pizza Factory had great food and the bartender at the Forks Lounge was super cool. We loved that the home feels secluded, yet close to all we needed. Thanks Brenda & Monica for this memorable hideaway.

Maureen is an exceptionally kind and friendly host. The cabin is so peaceful and quiet. A great place to unwind and get away from city life. We enjoyed spending the day exploring Mattole Beach and the incredible night sky!!

The best host! Robert was very considerate and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and even invited us for Thanksgiving dinner. The cabin is super cozy in a picturesque setting, would highly recommend!

My dog and I only stayed overnight but the cabin was a perfect stop off when traveling up 101! It’s right off the highway but feels very secluded. Amazing amenities with the washer/dryer and exercise room, though we didn’t need them this time; we did enjoy eating outside in the central picnic area. Charles was super responsive and flexible and I always appreciate a place that welcomes dogs without tons of restrictions. I’d definitely stay again and encourage anyone to book :)

Perfect spot for our quick family getaway to see the redwoods. Loved being able to walk over to the beach to watch the sunsets! There’s not many outlets in the house as it is older, so I would bring a power strip if you need multiple devices plugged in. Other than that, the place fit our needs!

Wonderful Stay at The Round House Our stay at The Round House in Trinity Village was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Gail, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome. The house itself is charming, and well-maintained, with plenty of unique touches that give it a cozy, inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the saltwater pool—We spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and taking in the stunning views. Gail was the perfect host, and thoughtful without being intrusive. She provided everything we needed for a comfortable an and relaxing stay. Overall, I highly recommend The Round House for anyone visiting Trinity Village. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a place to unwind with family and friends, this is the perfect spot!

Robby’s BigC will take you right into the heart of redwood national park, but that’s not the only thing that stand out from the rest, I encourage anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing stay to try it out, I promise you won’t be regretting it, only you will find yourself looking for excuses to extend your time at here.

This place is remote, clean and quiet. It’s down a windy road, instructions to get there and in were clear and easy. 10ish minute drive to Avenue of the Giants and market, coffee, restaurants. There were brochures left out for things to do and places to eat. Place was spotless except for some cobwebs in the corners and behind the door- but it’s a cabin, so no marks down. Brian set the instructions ahead of time like to remove shoes before entering, a policy I like to practice in every house, so I appreciate it. Decor is eclectic. Cabin was sufficient for two for a lovely weekend exploring the nature around.

The Popeye Cottage was a perfect get-away. We loved everything about the ambiance of the unique, small cottage. From our arrival (with the light on and a warm cozy fire) to the play structure for our great grandson we felt right at home. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, well-stocked and easy to get around in. Carl was quick with immediate responses to questions. I highly recommend this cottage and Host.

Great spot! Seeing the Redwoods and area from Del Norte and down to Eureka. Cabin is in a beautiful spot, lots of beaches nearby and walking trails, great little town. Bed was very comfortable, very quiet area. Stayed by the pond which was lovely. This was a 5 day trip and location again was great to hit everything on my list. Market was very helpful,

Cute little cabin. Has everything you need. Shower runs hot, oven and stove light up! Good little spot close enough to town for a short drive but out enough to feel wilderness. Floor is a little slanted weirdly but she’s an old cabin so not a huge deal! Would stay again!

All in all, great place to stay! Would definitely stay here again! If you would like to use the wood stove at the Orick, CA location, bring your own lighter and buy wood at local market. Otherwise than that, great stylish cabin to stay at for a getaway from crazy hectic work life! Thank you, Vacasa team for being a wonderful host!

This was my second time at this Airbnb , I'm OBSESSED with this house. it's location is perfect tucked away in the woods and only a short drive to Trinidad beach. the town has plenty of shopping stores available just up the road. We are thinking of making an annual trip to this house so long as they stay an Airbnb. can't wait to be back!!!
