Truly a beautiful place! Sebastian was a flawless host, always had great suggestions and was available whenever we needed anything. , The freshly baked croissants and the fresh fruit were delicious! The neighborhood is nice, mostly residential as mentioned in the description. Good coffee and grocery stores can be visited with a 10 minute walk. The Subway is also about a 10 to 13 minute walk and offers easy access to Manhattan. Here are my partner's comments: Very nicely designed and decorated apartment. Even more cozy and spacious, than on pictures. Very thoughtful in details of what you need for a long stay and good rest. Supportive and responsive owner. Welcoming presents were pleasantly surprising. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Not too far from the subway and all public transport. That says it all! Hope to visit Sebastian again in the future!

Huge space with lots of natural light, on a quaint and quiet street. Walkable to everything one could need. Host was great and allowed early bag drop off, which was a life saver. Definitely recommend this host and home.

Emily + Sam’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to Brooklyn. Easy accessible by public transit (just keep an eye out for maintenance/scheduled downtime) and close to Prospect Park. The basement apartment was spacious, rustic, and cozy. Lots of books and games to keep you occupied if you’re spending a night in. The amenities were as described and met our needs. Every once in a while you can hear activity upstairs, but we did not find it disruptive and had no problem sleeping in. If you’re looking for lots of natural light, this may not be the best for you, since it is the ground level; however, we did not spend many waking hours inside so it wasn’t an issue. We were comfortable and warm in the wintertime and I’m sure it’s nice and cool in the summer. Minimal city noise. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and found most people to be quite friendly (which is saying a lot for a northeast city). Overall, we enjoyed our stay in a more peaceful corner of a bustling city!

This was a perfect apartment for our stay. It is clean, spacious, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. Also conveniently located, a 15 minute walk to two different Subway lines. We felt right at home and will definitely consider staying here again.

From start to finish this was an amazing stay. (Four adults over the Christmas period) B & P made us very welcome and were very professional. Top stars. Great location and bus stop very close by taking us straight into New York. Pretty neighbourhood with restaurants close by. We would definitely recommend staying here. Help was on hand if needed and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making it special .

Amazing stay and location!

A clean, comfortable, and cozy place to stay for our family of four when visiting NYC. The children enjoyed the claw foot tub, entertainment console, and day bed/bunk bed setup. The area was walkable to yummy restaurants and street parking was relatively easy for Queens. We would return again!

Nice stay in Newark if you want to visit New York City, near Penn Station and easy commute by train. Joy and Justin were really reactive and answered questions and demands quickly throughout our stay. The studio is comfortable and modern. Would recommend for a nice New York City getaway! Great place!! loved the aesthetic and especially the projector. smelled great and the host responded very quickly. I really wish we were able to play the darts but we’ll definitely be back!! 10/10

A very lovely space! This is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Victorian home, with easy access to the subway and a ton of great cafes/restaurants within walking distance. It felt private (I had my own bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom) and *so* spacious. The space is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It was easy to cook here, and I appreciated the coffee and tea. I stayed here alone but I think it's a great fit for 2 people. I don't think you can do much better than this in NYC! I may be a little biased because I love this very peaceful neighborhood. Sara & Fabien have created a very cozy home.

We felt very comfortable with Adam from the beginning, the apartment is well equipped with the kitchen. We recommend the place to anyone who doesn't want to stay directly in Manhattan. Downtown was a few minutes away by subway. Centralpark is easily accessible on foot. We enjoyed the checkout options very much, as our flight was late, we were able to complete the checkout in the afternoon.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maria … My own home was under renovation and I needed a place to stay for awhile…problem is I have a dog and not everyone and everywhere is welcoming for pets…..not Maria she welcomed us with open arms ….. The listing is spot on but the host Maria is the very best host I have stayed with. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to the area and is looking for a home away from home place to stay.

My partner and I were in New Jersey for Valentine’s Day to explore the American Dream mall. This little place was perfect for a two night stay! It looked exactly like the pictures did and was very clean! We felt very comfortable here and shanie provided so many essentials, as well as QR codes to help get around the area. Was a great place!

Hanane was one of the friendliest, most courteous and helpful hosts I have ever had. She was there when we had questions and she offered much more help than expected. The 4 of us had a great time and we would visit Hanane and her husband again in the future.

The Airbnb was pleasant. When I arrived it was easy to enter, and it was clean. Everything was fine and it was a great stay.

This place was a perfect for our first time to NYC. The train station to get to penn state is within walking distance. Which penn state will spit you out right at Madison square garden. The place was very clean and the apartment has locked down entrances, which made us feel right at home. I would recommend this spot to people traveling to NYC. There’s a nice dollar general right down the road as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Travis’ beautiful penthouse. The place is just as it is listed, stylish, well equipped and extremely comfortable. We appreciate the well stocked kitchen - we didn’t expect there would be so many cooking supplies available for us, save us a lot of $! The bathroom is very comfortable- we visited during the deep winter yet the house is well heated and the bathroom floor is also heated! What a treat! We love the king size bed and the mattress is super comfortable. There’s a lovely plant in the bedroom - very artsy! The entire place is spotlessly clean, airy and the lighting is beautiful! We would definitely come back again if we it’s available!

This studio is great!, It's private, cozy clean and comfortable! It is as shown in pictures and it was pleasant to stay there, It is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Not too far from the city. Su is responsive friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!!!
