Vacation rentals with a pool in Holualoa

Mollie’s place was perfect for our family of four coming from Maine. It was our first trip to Hawaii and it was perfect! We left a few days of relaxing at the house so the kids could swim and adjust to the time difference. The house was as comfortable as our home and was perfect for our family.

The house was beautiful. Located in a great neighborhood with a really nice porch where we loved to have our meals, look out at the ocean and watch the sunset. Only ten minutes away from a really nice beach and a grocery store right down the road. The house had all we could need for the beach and more including a cart, cooler and beach toys! Paul was always helpful and responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and thought the price was a steal!

House was clean on arrival and had pretty much whatever we needed. We cooked on the grill most nights and enjoyed our time out in the “Lanai Vortex”. Great neighborhood, centrally located whether you wanted to explore to the north or the south.

Sandra's home was very nice and has a beautiful backyard. We rented the downstairs portion (with the private pool). We really appreciated the extra amenities provided (beach chairs, body boards, wagon, cooler). We used all of these items when we went to the beach. The yar d, fruit trees, and view are immaculate. We were able to pick fresh fruit each morning (star fruit, guava, oranges). This is definitely an experience that you can not replicate at any hotel, our family really enjoyed this. FANTASTIC! One of my favorite stays ever. I usually prefer to book airbnbs that offer the “entire place” but it was truly a joy to meet Marilyn - from the banana bread to fresh fruit, sweeping views and refreshing pool, to the spotless tiny home, this was the perfect place to spend a week working remotely. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

This house was the perfect property for our extended family of 9 to enjoy Kona and the surrounding areas! The location is great with a short, easy drive to both the airport and downtown and the property/yard is lovely. We found the home to be very comfortable and well stocked. The kids loved having the a little pool to themselves after a day at the beach and it was so nice that it was a bit cooler up on the hill in the evenings. The only thing I’d note is that there are several VERY vocal roosters in the vicinity. (This would be hard to avoid anywhere in Hawaii though I imagine!) If you are hoping to sleep in or are sensitive to noises, bring ear plugs or put on some white noise. We all adjusted to it quickly :) Thanks so much for hosting us Kim!

I recently stayed at Justin’s Airbnb in Kona, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, Justin was incredibly welcoming, offering great recommendations for local activities and making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a perfect island retreat. One of the highlights was the pool – it was pristine and provided the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the island. The outdoor area was fantastic, with plenty of seating, and we enjoyed several evenings watching the sunset from the lanai. The location in Kona was ideal, with easy access to beaches, dining, and shopping, yet the house felt like a private oasis. We felt truly at home during our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. I highly recommend Justin’s place for anyone looking to experience the best of Kona in comfort and style!

We had a wonderful six-night stay at Halia Hale. The view and the grounds were stunning, and the home really complements its natural surroundings - we found ourselves drawn to the huge windows and the glorious vista much of the time. Besides its beauty, the house was peaceful, clean, comfortable (bed and pillows included) and had everything we could possibly need. The location, being up and away from the hubbub at sea level, was perfect for us - and allowed us unobstructed views of the gorgeous Hawaiian sunsets - but it's close enough to town that nothing is too far away. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Nicki!

Brenda's condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, quiet, had all the cooking appliances, utensils etc needed, free parking, a lovely deck and a closet full of beach stuff (chairs, flippers, snorkels, umbrellas etc). They have lots of linens, towels and beach towels as well. The night time lights in the pool area were very pretty to watch, and the sound of the ocean was wonderful. It was in walking distance to a few small stores, beaches etc, but not really to the main section with restaurants, costco, souvenirs etc. This was not a problem since we had a car. I would suggest renting a car if you want to see the sights of the Big Island. Brenda allowed us a late checkout and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

We had a great stay here. Absolutely beautiful view from the unit over the ocean with gorgeous sunsets. Easy, short drive to Kona for restaurants and other shopping needs. Well equipped kitchen and easy parking. Only minor issue was there were no shades to block the late afternoon sun in the unit. We'd happily stay here again.

Everything was perfect with our stay. The local community at this resort is really special. Warm, inviting, and fun for everyone. We especially love sunset and the salt ocean side pool.

We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent again from Marco. The condo was well equipped for cooking and relaxing. There were only two of us so we couldn't comment on the sleeper sofa. The washer and dryer were convenient and worked well. Marco always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. The views out to the pool and shore were excellent.

Leonard was very responsive. The place was well stocked and in a great location. The view was unbeatable! Waking up to whales and dolphins was quite a treat. Thanks Leonard!

We had a great time at Ineke’s place. The bed was really comfortable, the AC worked well and the view and sound of the surf were spectacular. The information and water gear they supplied really came in handy, too. We enjoyed their coffee in the mornings, as well. We would be happy to stay there again, should we return to the Big Island.

It is worth renting from an owner that is available and responsive! Tiffany was very great to deal with and very helpful. The place is very clean and very close to downtown. There are bikes for rent across the street. The seaside pool is amazing and relaxing with the waves crashing into the rocks just feet away. Thank you for the last minute stay!
