Vacation rentals with lake access in Holstein

Gerd's home was spacious, and warm. It is tucked off the street in a small town in Northern Germany. We were fortunate to see snowfall and it couldn't have been prettier if we dreamed it. As an American family we were welcomed by Gerd's adult son who spoke perfect English to us.

A nice big house to stay for our 2 weeks. Equipped with many kitchen utensils and lots of toys for the kids. Great travel distance to nice cities. Nice playground nearby and close to the lake. Malte and Jenni respond quickly and kindly. Top spot!

Beautiful little cottage overlooking the Schlei. We had a very relaxing week. The area is quiet with lots of nature and invites you to run and cycle. The nearest beach on the Schlei is a 5 minute walk. Bathing is not so attractive there.

We had a very nice getaway with two small children with Mathias - and felt very comfortable! We especially liked the two bedrooms, which are well separated from each other, so that no child wakes the other;) Location is top and really only a few meters from the water. Mathias was always easy to reach, arrival and departure flexible in times - very friendly! We will be happy to come back!

Jan and I felt very comfortable in the beautiful thatched roof house and could relax wonderfully for a week❣️ The house is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail, you immediately feel at home🏡 Check-in worked great👍 We were very nicely received and instructed by Thea and her partner Thank you again, nice holidays🎄🎁🎄☃️🥂🍀...and best regards from Bern Pascale & Jan

The house on the Tede Warft is absolutely perfectly located away from everything on the dyke, here you are alone with rabbits and birds and can enjoy the complete peace and relaxation. The apartment is very comfortable and attractively equipped and both the apartment and the entire grounds are well maintained. Absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to be alone in nature.

We stayed at Katharina's beautiful place over New Year's Eve with 4 families and a total of 6 children and had a great time! There is a lot of space and retreat options. The playroom is perfect and the kids loved it. The house is super equipped and was super cozy! Next time would use the upper bedroom but only as a game room. We will definitely be back, next time in summer so we also have something from the pool and tennis court:) Thanks also to Ms. Ms. Marthiensen for the nice welcome!

We have now booked this place for the third time for 4 weeks each and are very satisfied. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location in a quiet part of the city, walking distance to the center. There are many parks, a botanical garden, restaurants and lots of shopping nearby. Christian is a very great host, we have already booked another stay:) Definitely recommended!

We were greeted extremely friendly and personally and felt very welcome at the small estate of Martina and Christian. Not only do you live in a very stylish and cute apartment, but you can also make yourself comfortable in the large fireplace room and also benefits from a large, beautiful terrain with diverse perspectives. And the location is just amazing: the meadows, fields, the moor and the coast: everything at your doorstep! A pearl!

This was my first time in Sven's apartment. Sven is a very likeable and kind person and host. He gave me good tips, e.g. where to rent bikes. I lacked nothing. The apartment is very well equipped and over the side balcony you have a good view of the large Pönitz See, which offers a good opportunity to get fresh air on foot or by bike in every weather. Pönitz and Scharbeutz are also very easy to reach in the same ways and offer well-talked public transport in all directions as well as to the big cities (Lübeck, Hamburg, Kiel, etc.). Unfortunately, only Pönitz am See is somewhat step-motherly connected. Attached to the building is a Greek restaurant that I highly recommend and also offers take-away if you want to dine in the apartment. The lockable bicycle cellar was invaluable as well as the apartment's own parking space. I will be happy to come back.

It was also beautiful on the second visit and absolutely recommended. We have never had a more modern, cleaner space that is so well equipped. Again and again... thank you family Hermann.

Beautiful apartment and the sauna was very good, will certainly please other guests. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed with 5 women in the apartment and it was perfect for that. Whether cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, eating and playing at the table - it was all the way we thought. Only when relaxing in the sitting area we would have liked an armchair. And regulating the water temperature in the shower was a bit cumbersome. But this is whining to a high standard - 5 stars, very deserved! We will be happy to come back.

We stayed there for three days with our little daughter. A side bed was provided to us. The apartment is well located. The promenade is within easy reach and shopping is also not far away. The wifi was a little weaker but not really bad. All in all, we would book this place again🤗

We had a beautiful and relaxing weekend with our yoga group 🥰 The upper terrace was perfect to start the day relaxed with yoga. The beach was also right around the corner and we liked it 😊

We stayed with a friend couple in this beautiful property. Rarely have we been allowed to stay in such a comfortable, fully furnished and state-of-the-art home. Everything was great! The host was very friendly and welcoming and tried to delight us in every way. The house is called my2nd home, but could very well serve as a my1sthome! The rooms, bathrooms and other rooms were sparkling clean and, as mentioned, equipped with every comfort possible. A lot of attention has been paid to the decoration with beautiful and tasteful details. Very special is the conservatory, a high annex with a completely glass facade, where it can become cozy even in winter, if the sun has shone for a while. The house is located on the outskirts of the village and has a large garden, in which the summer should be wonderful to spend time. Cities like Hamburg and Luebeck are close by. We look back on a wonderful weekend and highly recommend this home!

This is an true gem. The house is old and quirky but absolutely lovely and cozy. The garden and water is stunning and the location couldn’t be more beautiful. Ragna is very proactive and responsive and I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a very nice holiday and felt right at home, beautiful surroundings, high light for our children (3 and 6 years) the toys and animals outside. Good communication and quick to respond to questions. Everything clean and nicely furnished. I'd love to come back :)

Super quiet apartment on the dyke. We were there over New Year's Eve with our dog, who panic every year at the fireworks. We didn't hear a rocket or fireworks. A wonderful turn of the year for our whole family. The apartment itself is very cozy. Perfect for the cold days. Communication with Sinah and Boike is also top. The stay couldn't have been better.

The place was as described. Beautiful, very well equipped and very quiet. Great for slowing down. Bettina was a great host. We will be happy to come back!

All in all great :) 1A quiet location to really unwind to write music. With sauna & hot tub, underfloor heating and fireplace you always felt very cozy:) The house is very modernly furnished & equipped and also the property is beautiful! Gladly again :-)

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our planned trip with our 80-year-old parents at short notice. Eckhard responded very well and allowed us to "pass" our trip to our neighbors. Even in advance, the communication was always friendly and expedient. We plan to make up for our trip. Here the impressions of our neighbors: The wooden cottage in Bosau is cozy and the view of the lake is something special. Eckhard welcomed us nicely. We felt comfortable there. Only the hot water in the hand basin was spun a little at first. Otherwise everything is fine.
