Right next to the property, the 261 bus goes to the subway and then about 15 minutes to the harbor or Alster. A small shopping center with net and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl within walking distance in 8 minutes

Our cozy 12sqm guest house is newly renovated and equipped with two sofa beds (140x200), refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Linens and towels are furnished. The cottage is thermally insulated but has NO HEATING and NO KITCHEN. No heaters of any kind or hotplates may be operated. 15m away is a new bathroom in the annex which is available to you. Garden table and chairs, garden loungers and barbecue are available.
