Monthly Rentals in Hollywood Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s lovely condo. The panoramic views were amazing with balconies to enjoy the city sights.The location was excellent with many stores, restaurants and coffee shops close by. It was very close to Hollywood beach, walking parks, shopping malls and horse tracks.Getting into the building was a little tricky at first but once there I was comfortable and secure.Amanda was quick to respond to questions and concerns. There was laundry on the premises which was a must for our long term stay. I would highly recommend.

Great host! Like I said pictures were a little vague, they did offer to repaint, but my wife didn’t wanna go through smelling repainting. They did give us rebates for that. All in all I would rent from him again.

Amazing place! Nice corner apartment with an incredible view! We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! Clean, well maintained and exactly as described. Spacious and comfortable interior, with all the amenities we need, even for my baby…the host was very friendly, responsive and easy going! We need to extend our stay and he made it very easy for us! I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Miami

This is a great location—historic Hollywood, Florida. Across the park, there's a Publix grocery store, a nail salon, coffee shops, and many restaurants. The building is older, and only one elevator worked, but every occupant was super friendly, and the common areas are clean. The apartment is EXACTLY as pictured in the photos, if not BETTER. The views are amazing and the rooms are light-filled. We were told beforehand - below is a rooftop play area (basketball courts) for a private school, but the kids were not disruptive, as we did work from the apt. There are normal construction noises for a condominium a half block away. There is no parking on the premises, but free street parking is available a couple of blocks away, and 3-hour parking is in front of the building. We never had a problem. Lastly, Omar is an excellent host who communicates efficiently and in a timely manner. Super accommodating. Everything about the apartment is as described. The internet is FAST. We'll be back.
