The room is very clean, quiet, there are no bugs, the pool is clean, the location is relatively convenient, it is close to the lobby, it is not far from the sea, the landlord is very nice. The furama resort is also good.

Lovely house. great pool. private pool/house with additional bedrooms makes this space suitable for a family + 2 couples or 2 families. great communication with hosts with lots of recommendations and quick responses to any requests. great location half way between hoi an old town and the beach. lots of food options within walking distance and easy to catch grabs if you want to go further afield. bikes supplied so you could explore paths through fields in all directions.

We loved this villa! It was beautiful and perfect for us, we’d been moving around a lot so it was nice to relax here for a couple of days, hosts are quick to reply. Loved it :)

Our family of 8 had the most beautiful stay here. We were lucky to book all the villas so had the private use of the pool. The villas and surroundings were stunning - peaceful, spacious and relaxing. Amy was a wonderful host (with recommendations and great communication) and the wonderful cleaning service was an unexpected bonus. We would love to return some time. Thank you

The environment is comfortable, suitable for large groups, and the living room is large enough to gather.Host is superb, quick to respond, and a handheld during your stay, making it very convenient for visitors who don't speak the language. The trip ended with an enthusiastic helper to find the lost item, which was very touching. I would👍🏽👍🏽 definitely stay again in Da Nang.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic. Bee was there to welcome us and she went out of her way to ensure we had a good trip . She was very helpful in suggesting places to stay and food to try. The villa itself is tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood, only a 10 min cab ride away from city center - amenities are as described and the villa looks exactly like the pictures! We really enjoyed our stay here.

It was a space where all three generations of families were happy. The host was friendly, and the pool and landscaping were well maintained, so it was nice to see. Most importantly, the breakfast and welcome food are better than the specialty restaurant. I had a generous meal and rested well before heading out.

It is a good accommodation for group travelers. We had 12 people in a separate room. Each room is a double bed, which can sleep 2 people. Some rooms have two double beds. The interior is not as tidy as a hotel, but there were no major complaints because it was enough to rest. My Khe Beach is about 10 minutes on foot, and Han Market takes about 10 minutes by Grab.(Grab well caught) There is also a big convenience store (close at midnight), a massage shop nearby, and a rice noodle shop that you can easily eat in the morning.

Uyen was an excellent host. Very proactive. The villa had a helper called Quang and he was very helpful and proactive too. The villa was a great fit with 14 rooms. The villa also came with 2 pools and 1 big unit for dining. Overall we had a wonderful time at the villa. We hired 3 private vehicles soloing out was not an issue. The beach was about 3 mins drive or 15 mins walk.

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

12 of my closest friends and family members stayed for 3 nights very comfortably and enjoyably. It was spacious, clean, and it was nice to have a cool air conditioner, and Danang restaurants and bars were hot because the air conditioner was too weak. The host responded so kindly to SARAH, and it was a fireworks period in Da Nang, but they booked a sky36 bar vip stone in Novotel, so I had a beautiful and unforgettable experience with a flame burst right in front of me.

Danh is the most responsive host I have met. The villa itself is also perfect for a group of 6a4c, with welcome fruits and well furnished kitchen utensils. WiFi works very well too. There is a minimart and a coffee house steps away from the villa, which the guys frequent every morning. All in all, we had a good stay! 👍🏻

I was looking for a place to stay for a large family trip (15 people) and chose it. Even before the trip, they responded quickly through Airbnb chat and messenger, and kindly listened to double pick-up requests (hotel pick-up after airport pick-up) that can be difficult. He kindly explained to me when I checked in and gave me the necessary information and tickets, etc. The place was much better than what was shown in the photos, and I was very pleased. It was nice that it was very close to My Khe Beach, and the delicious restaurants were a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff who made them were very friendly and nice. It was such a good memory that I thought I should choose my next international trip to Da Nang. Thank you for running a good accommodation ~!

Hoa went above and beyond in hosting my family of 7 adults and 8 children under 12, including a baby . From purchasing extra life jackets , daily fruit platters , and a padlock for the gate . We had the whole villa to ourselves which was amazing and great to be all together. The kids loved the pool, swimming constantly. There was an assistant Ngo who spoke great English and was wonderful in her recommendations and assistance to local Attractions including ordering a large bus most days to transport us out all together . Ngo also owns the Lucky Beach Restaurant around the corner , her cooking ability and presentation is amazing with delicious food presented. The area is in a lovely friendly neighbourhood with some great local restaurants all in walking distance . Staying here gives a great cultural experience living with the locals and not tucked up away in a resort . Value for money was excellent. Beds were a bit hard for westerners . We can most definitely recommend to others.

We ( 3 x families) had a great time staying here. The villa is very spacious and close to the beach. The restaurant next door makes good food and drinks and will deliver to the villa. We found it very relaxing and would definitely consider staying again.

Highly recommend. Thanks Linh! We had a great stay at Linh’s place! This was a last-minute booking for our trip to Da Nang, and everything turned out to be fantastic. My family really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the villa. It is nice, clean, and equipped with everything necessary. The jacuzzi pool and tea break were perfect as well! One of the highlights of our stay was waking up early, renting a bicycle, and riding along the beach. It was such a refreshing way to start the day (of course, as long as it wasn’t a rainy day)! The location is also great, accessible to the city while close to nature. Linh was an amazing and friendly host. She made the check-in process super easy by providing clear instructions and even shared some useful local travel tips to Linh Ung Pagoda and Son Tra, which helped us explore Da Nang better. Her quick responses and warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. She was willing to help us set up an outdoor BBQ party in the lovely garden of the house, lol.

Close to town and beach amazing location

There are cats in the back, and they come all the way to the front door and drink water from the pool. It's so cute. The pool is also nice because it's long. The bed and sofa are also nice because they're big. I left something behind, and when I contacted them, they sent it to me right away by courier. I used it comfortably before heading out.

Great stay with a very responsive host!

This listing really matches the photos and description. I was very satisfied with the condition of the bedding, kitchen appliances, and abundance of children's entertainment. There are many good restaurants around the property and the beach is close, so it was good to walk. It was also very nice to have quick feedback and response. It was nice to have a pleasant trip. However, there is a pub nearby, so you should take into account that you can hear music in the evening. I recommend it.
