The room is very clean, quiet, there are no bugs, the pool is clean, the location is relatively convenient, it is close to the lobby, it is not far from the sea, the landlord is very nice. The furama resort is also good.

Herbgarden Villa was everything we hoped for. Prime time location in between both the beach and ancient city. Serene views and access into the quaint vegetable village Tra Que, in which the house is located in. Stefan and his team could not be more on top of it- from motorbike fixes to key situations. Let’s not forget about the mesmerizing Asian/Modern property design. If you’re reading this now… book!

3 massive room! Loads of space and a goregous garden with pool. Location was perfect :)

Beautiful villa outside the city center located in a very quiet area. The fridge full of drinks is fine. Clean, large, very well furnished accommodation. I recommend it 100%.

Our family of 8 had the most beautiful stay here. We were lucky to book all the villas so had the private use of the pool. The villas and surroundings were stunning - peaceful, spacious and relaxing. Amy was a wonderful host (with recommendations and great communication) and the wonderful cleaning service was an unexpected bonus. We would love to return some time. Thank you

The environment is comfortable, suitable for large groups, and the living room is large enough to gather.Host is superb, quick to respond, and a handheld during your stay, making it very convenient for visitors who don't speak the language. The trip ended with an enthusiastic helper to find the lost item, which was very touching. I would👍🏽👍🏽 definitely stay again in Da Nang.

We had a great experience staying here! The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property was exactly as advertised, with plenty of shared spaces that were clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing.

Absolutely no photos and reviews! Perfect facilities and services that are untrue. Especially breakfast and welcome food. And he actively listened to my requests. Of course, the intention to revisit! It is a good accommodation for group travelers. We had 12 people in a separate room. Each room is a double bed, which can sleep 2 people. Some rooms have two double beds. The interior is not as tidy as a hotel, but there were no major complaints because it was enough to rest. My Khe Beach is about 10 minutes on foot, and Han Market takes about 10 minutes by Grab.(Grab well caught) There is also a big convenience store (close at midnight), a massage shop nearby, and a rice noodle shop that you can easily eat in the morning.

Uyen was an excellent host. Very proactive. The villa had a helper called Quang and he was very helpful and proactive too. The villa was a great fit with 14 rooms. The villa also came with 2 pools and 1 big unit for dining. Overall we had a wonderful time at the villa. We hired 3 private vehicles soloing out was not an issue. The beach was about 3 mins drive or 15 mins walk.

We had an amazing stay at the property, although it wasn’t without hiccups. When we arrived, they were trying to repair the air conditioning on the 2nd floor. We ended up moving to 2 different villas over the next 3 days before moving back to this one when they finally fixed everything. These things happen and I cannot fault the team for doing their best to accommodate us. The property and service level is amazing which is why it does deserve its 5 stars.

lucy’s provide amazing arrangement, tour information. remember one day, i ask about the pool filter button, she arranged cleaning immediately and staff showed up in 5 minutes once i requested. i have a perfect experience. they cooked delicious breakfast as well. I will suggest you to stay here for vacation. :) P.S. some mattresses are hard, but not affected me

12 of my closest friends and family members stayed for 3 nights very comfortably and enjoyably. It was spacious, clean, and it was nice to have a cool air conditioner, and Danang restaurants and bars were hot because the air conditioner was too weak. The host responded so kindly to SARAH, and it was a fireworks period in Da Nang, but they booked a sky36 bar vip stone in Novotel, so I had a beautiful and unforgettable experience with a flame burst right in front of me.

I am 100% satisfied with my stay for 8 people. The unfortunate thing is that the buildings next door are high, so you can see the swimming pool and the inside of the accommodation, so it is weak for privacy. There were very few towels! There are 2 towels per room, and a total of 10 people and 8 people, Satisfied except for the regrettable fact that it was not set according to the number of people

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very helpful staff. It is in a quiet area where you can't hear street noise, but very close to everything. The pool is really nice. i would recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. Also close to some very nice cafes (silent cafe), restaurants and massage places. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Hoa went above and beyond in hosting my family of 7 adults and 8 children under 12, including a baby . From purchasing extra life jackets , daily fruit platters , and a padlock for the gate . We had the whole villa to ourselves which was amazing and great to be all together. The kids loved the pool, swimming constantly. There was an assistant Ngo who spoke great English and was wonderful in her recommendations and assistance to local Attractions including ordering a large bus most days to transport us out all together . Ngo also owns the Lucky Beach Restaurant around the corner , her cooking ability and presentation is amazing with delicious food presented. The area is in a lovely friendly neighbourhood with some great local restaurants all in walking distance . Staying here gives a great cultural experience living with the locals and not tucked up away in a resort . Value for money was excellent. Beds were a bit hard for westerners . We can most definitely recommend to others.

This was a fantastic end to our group of 8's two week adventure in Vietnam. The house surpassed expectations and David/ Minh was a responsive host. The house keeping staff/Cooks were amazing and the food delicious. Location is Quite but close to all you need. A really Beautiful /Amazing /Mind blowing Home We can't wait to come back. Good stay, short walk from Hoi an beach. Unfortunately not much to do in the area.

really good location near the old quarters. property is as described and seen in the provided pictures. amenities were well thought out. very good communication from the host and housekeepers were available 24/7 to assist with our requests. as mentioned in other reviews, there is loud music next door from the restaurants and bars but they quiet down by 11pm. rooms are slightly sound proof and ear plugs are provided anyway so it was ok

Suberb Villa. Enjoyed Staying with all beds, Kitchen and many Utensils. Appreciate a lot. On the Out side of City so need to carry all Glossary needed during Stay. 👍

It has everything you need during your stay in the mansion. 9 people, including my parents, were so satisfied to stay! The location is also good, so it's a 3-minute walk to the beach.There are plenty of nearby coffee restaurants and noodle restaurants. Finally, the host Sean is very responsive to everything and everything you need. You took action. I had a good stay as if I was in my home! The combination of the pool and sauna is really satisfactory!! If you have a large family, we recommend this place rather than an expensive hotel!! When I come back to Da Nang, I want to revisit here again!! Thank you so much Sean ^ ^

First off, Bob is a great host! Very responsive when we need his attention! My family of five stayed at Bob’s place for 3 nights. So much space for five people! It could easily accommodate 10 people. We had fun swimming in the pool. And playing pool on the third floor. Easy walk to the beach and tons of restaurants near by! My family and I had a wonderful time! Thanks Bob for being an awesome host!
