I'm also a Superhost. I was a little worried because there weren't many reviews. But I trusted that I was a super host and used it. We are very happy with the results. We loved the reasonable price and location, cleanliness and the size of the place.

Impeccable accommodation! May was helpful since the first day, she made sure we didn't miss anything. This property located in the à la carte hotel is known to all (Grab / Taxis) and is by the sea, easily accessible by foot, near the dragon bridge. The value for money is very good! It even offers a full cleaning service of the accommodation included in the rate. Thanks again May!!

Cao's room was not available due to a/c issues, the alternative room did not match our booking (booked ocean front views, alternative faced building construction) and I was a bit upset as it was our last stay in Vietnam after roughing it for 2 weeks. Cao was very responsive in regard to communication and offered to reduce the accommodation price. I was happy with the outcome and the accommodation was lovely, would book here again.

We had a lovely stay at Nga's airbnb. Comfy bed, nice hot shower with good water pressure, pretty street in quiet neighbourhood. We didn't get to meet Nga, however she was always responsive and proactive in communicating with us by text message. Her friendly husband checked us in an showed us around the apartment. Great also to have a washing machine and detergent to catchup on washing our clothes and to have a nice sunny balcony to dry them. Very good value for money.

Great place and location

The apartment is located in a hotel that is directly across from the ocean. Its small but quite comfortable. The windows reach from floor to ceiling and give you an excellent view of the city. There is a partial view of the ocean from the kitchen which is quite lovely. With the window open you can hear the ocean. The bed is comfortable and the service in the hotel is first class. The pool wasn't available to use while I was there and the gym is quite small but I enjoyed my time and would recommend it to friends.

Host was very responsive and friendly

This is my second visit to Ocean Villa, and it was a good choice with no regrets. First, May is a good host to check in with you first to make sure you don't need anything. Thanks to you, I was able to use the pickup comfortably. The accommodation was also a spacious room with two bathrooms, so it was easy for families to play in the water and wash, and the kitchen was also equipped with plenty of utensils and utensils, so it was well used. As soon as I went down from the accommodation, the pool was spread out, so I had fun swimming in the morning and evening for all three nights. The private beach in the Ocean Villa is also good to play in the water ~ Grabby is a bit up to My Khe Beach, but considering it's this kind of accommodation at this price, I think I won't pay for Grabby, so I rerouted Ocean Villa. I recommend it ^ ^

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

We stayed three weeks in the apartment and the location was ideal. It has great views of the ocean, the city, and in the far distance, the Dragon Bridge and Lady Buddha. The place is VERY close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants with local and international food, bars and karaoke places. We requested a couple of items needed for the kitchen and the co-host came the same day and provided new ones for us (forks and kettle replacement). The kitchen was adequate and the host provided dish washer soap, shampoo, and body wash. Fast and reliable WIFI. During our stay the price included cleaning services once a week which is a great perk. While the apartment was fine the building gets a lot of vacationers and the hallways and lobby could use a refresh. Because of the overall humidity of Da Nang, the apartment gets a musty smell when it has been closed all day. Cigarette smoke can come in from other balconies which was a minor nuisance. We highly recommend this place.

Kaylin apartment is a good place to visit. The furniture and decoration look exactly like the pictures that they've posted. The apartment was clean and neat when I checked in. Host replied my messages immediately and always supported me during my stay. Recommend you to experience here!

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

While the place is labelled as condominium it's pretty much ran like a hotel, when it comes to service standards. Rooms cleaned daily, great breakfast. Their banh mi is one of the better ones I had in Vietnam and we had quite a few The only reservation I had was the state of the bicycles - no lights and some of them were a bit 'weathered'. Given the location of some 20 min walk away from the centre, better bikes would help a bit. Nonetheless, a go to place for me when in Hoi An

Everything is just perfect, Class, amenities, bring you the most memorable experience.

The reception staff are very nice and the layout is very comfortable. There are washing machines, dryers and washing powder available for free👍

I was very satisfied with the accommodation. Recommended
