Monthly Rentals in Hipperholme

This was a great base for our trip to West Yorkshire. The cottage has been very well refurbished, was spotlessly clean, and is well-equipped. Best of all were the lovely, far-reaching views from the upstairs windows. Having Shibden Park on your doorstep was a real bonus for dog walks etc. Handy local shop within walking distance up the (steep) road in Northowram, plus a number of pubs nearby. Communication from the host was excellent, many thanks for a lovely stay!

I have stayed here a number of times and realky enjoy it. Great place, friendly and welcoming host. Handy for public teansport to Halifax, Ripponden and Huddersfield ( bus stop outside). Some nice local pubs and restaurants and great walks on the doorstep. The place is really cosy, very clean and well appointed. Really comfy bed, great shower. I would highly recommend.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Armelle was friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome with our 2 dogs. Norwood green is a lovely village, with good dog walking close by. It was the perfect place to stay for a nearby family get-together.

We stayed at Sue’s as a base for visiting family and friends located in Leeds & Bradford with our almost 2 yr old. Sue was very friendly and welcoming. She met us on arrival, showed us around and then left us to it. Lots of food available which our toddler loved. We all appreciated the cereal options! Lovely large bathroom and bath toys for the little one (we’d forgotten ours). Sue provided a highchair which again, our toddler loved and a travel cot. The location was perfect for us and she gave us sole use of the drive. The floors did creak a bit which didn’t bother us but might be an issue for light sleepers but it was very quiet past 10pm I believe. Our little one had no issues. Lovely home. Would recommend.
