Monthly Rentals in Hills Beach

Suzanne was very proactive with instructions which was much appreciated. We had no problems getting there and getting right inside. The place was very peaceful and just what we needed!

This stay was fantastic and Katherine was an extremely kind and attentive host! Everything about the home was accurate to the pictures in the listing and felt luxuriously furnished while still being cozy. The place itself was spotless and provided everything we could need for a long term stay where we would be cooking, doing laundry, remote working, etc. The desk nook was located just off the living room which we had been curious about from the pictures. Both beds were extremely comfortable with and the extra bedroom had amazing light once you opened the blinds in the morning - perfect for working or reading. Location was very peaceful and we enjoyed going on bike rides or walks around the neighborhood and to the nearby Social Coffee House. Portland was an amazingly quick drive but we were pleasantly surprised with how many breweries/restaurants we had to explore right in Saco and nearby Biddeford. I would not hesitate to book this stay again!

We had an amazing time in old orchard! Both my boyfriend and I had never been, and this was the perfect balance of relaxation and doing activities to experience more of Maine! The Airbnb was in a prime spot, about a 7 minute walk from the pier. It was clean, organized, and the perfect size for the two of us. Our host Krystle was phenomenal. She was very responsive, gave so many recommendations for things to do, places to go, where to eat, etc. She responds in a very timely manner as well. There were so many amazing restaurants, shops, and they also had a carnival going on. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and it was gorgeous - very clean and not overly crowded. The locals were all so friendly as well! We found a some cool walking trails, went to Portland for a sunset lighthouse tour cruise, and also did a self-guided kayaking tour! We could not have been happier with our stay and we would definitely come back and rent from this host again!

Donna and Jim were amazing Airbnb hosts! I rented their apartment for 6 months while working in the area. It was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. They were so supportive and provided great communication. They were also so considerate considering I work 12 hr night shifts. The area has all amenities, and this apartment is walking distance to the ocean! The apartment was well supplied and I wanted for nothing. Overall, I’d definitely stay with them again, and I’d highly recommend their rental for anyone needing one in the area.
